Designer upgrades make this luxury, two-story townhouse with over 2600 sq ft of living space the perfect home-away-from-home for even the most particular traveler.

Enter the ground floor into a two-bedroom, 1.5 baths, with a living room and a kitchenette.

Bedroom 1 with a king bed.
Bedroom 2 with a queen. (NOTE: The queen bedroom on this level has a translucent film covering on the doors, so it is not completely private from the main living area, especially at night with the lights on).

There's a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, a comfy sleeper sofa, and a large, flat-screen TV.

A flight of stairs leads up to the main living area on the second floor.

The kitchen has beautiful wood cabinetry, granite counters and stainless steel appliances, and is well stocked with cookware.

The dining area is designed for easy flow with seating for 8, and there's a breakfast bar for additional seating.

A large sectional sofa in the living room provides plenty of seating for movie watching on the large, flat-screen TV, and a lovely screened patio is accessible through the sliding glass doors from the living area.

The master suite on this level has a king bed with a roomy ensuite bath featuring a spa tub and a separate glassed shower as well as a large vanity area.

A guest bedroom on this level has a queen bed and a guest bath with custom tile work in the step-in shower.

NOTE 3-7 day minimum stay requirement varies by the time of year. No arrivals on Christmas Day.

Excellent stay.

Excellent stay. Well decorated and managed. The space was wonderful for our family. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the townhome and the resort amenities, such as the pool, for our holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed playing pickleball at the courts in the club and hanging at the resort pool The team was very welcoming and easily accessible for all our questions.

Keys Family Vacay

We had a great time in Key Largo! This place was very spacious, had two pools and had pizza delivered easily. One of the beds was a pull out couch which was fine for the kids but was not listed on the website. Location was close to John Pennecamp (snorkeling/scuba diving and more) and multiple good restaurants (Key Largo Conch House, Key Largo Fish House). Close to the filming site of the movie Key Largo. We ventured out to Islamorada for the Theatre of the Sea, and did a day down in Key West. On the way back to Miami Airport we stopped at the Alligator Farm for an airboat ride which was exhilarating. We loved our trip and felt like this was the perfect location.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Like the fact security was there 24 hrs and had a gate. Amenities were great. House was a good size for my family of 8. AC vent in Master BR would not open...AC vent as taken care of in a timely manner. Friendly security.

Everything was great. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. If you're looking for room for 8, this is the perfect condo. I only had to talk to someone at check in. Very nice lady and explained everything in detail.

Beautiful, comfortable, and spacious

There was plenty of space for 7 of us. 6 adults and 1 teen. The rooms were spacious, plus lots of closet space. The tub was big in the master bathroom and perfect for soaking our dive gear at the end of the week when our diving was over! They had jist about everything you needed for cooking. I loved the wine chiller. we loved that there were two sets of washers and dryers. One upstairs and one downstairs. The only thing the whole facility was missing was a bar with bartender at the big pool! Otherwise this place was a 10/10! Would definitely stay again.

We had 4 couples.

We had 4 couples. Plenty of room for everyone. Everything was great, clean, big and convenient and great property. Only issue was limited parking. A 10 person house with only 2 spots and really no other place to park. Great overall experience the only issue was a little late notice on after hours access. But no problems resulted.

808 had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen, plenty of room and a great screened in porch. House was great except for the queen bed in the upstairs bedroom. It has a huge sink hole in the middle so when 2 people sleep in it they end up on top of each other in the middle. (MGR RESPONSE: We'll take a look immediately. More times than not it's just the support that's bent or broken - regardless, we'll assess and get it taken care of!) Everyone was very friendly when I checked in and it was super easy.

Great location!

Overall the property was nice just needs some updating. The beds are extremely old and uncomfortable, this was a hige issue for our family. The blinds need replacing in most rooms. Light bulbs burnt out and not replaced. Master tub for kids does not hold water as the drain needs to be replaced. For this price point these things should be repaired or updated.
