Hot Springs lakefront 2 bedroom condo 4 miles to Oaklawn and with boat slip!
Looking for a getaway to Hot Springs, come to Lake Hamilton @ the Landing where you can enjoy incredible lakefront views and all that Hot Springs has to offer. The Landing, a gated lakefront community, is centrally located, minutes from the Oakland casino and horse park, beautiful downtown Hot Springs, Hot Springs off-road park, hiking, restaurants, shopping and so much more.
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6 comfortably with 2 king sized beds, a queen sofa sleeper, a fully stocked kitchen, smart home amenities like Nest, Ring and wireless chargers, internet, and did I mention an incredible lake view?? Enjoy the lake out on our balcony which is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. We also have a boat slip available if interested in renting a boat. Happy to provide recommendations on boat rentals and location for easy access to Lake Hamilton. The Landing offers a community pool, pickle ball courts, a veranda and did I say, right on Lake Hamilton? :-).
A few things to note:
Because we are right on the water of this community, the parking lot has some steep areas.
We are also a top floor condo so there are a few steps to get to the upstairs condo and there are a few steps to get down to the docks and water.
Since the Landing is a private, gated community, upon booking and check-in, we will provide the gate code as well as access information for our condo.
Also remember, you are on an island and while we have internet and WiFi to use, it can sometimes be on island time so have grace if speeds are slow or downloads are taking a bit.
Enjoy your getaway to Hot Springs taking in the outdoors, entertainment, activities and all that Hot Springs has to offer. Thanks for your interest and allowing us to share our vacation home with you.

We are the Hissim Family, welcome to our condo. We fell in love with Hot Springs immediately - the quaint town, the history, the outdoors, the hospitality, the casino, the horse racing, and the people - it's a hidden gem and we are grateful for the opportunity to purchase a condo right on the lake. We love to hike, kayak, fish, jet ski and Jeep so Hot Springs and Lake Hamilton was the perfect spot for a vacation home. Kyle and I have been married for 25 years, have 2 daughters, Morgan and Macy who study at Purdue and University of Kentucky so Hot Springs has become our little peace of heaven and escape from the craziness of life. We hope you love the area as much as we do and of course the LAKE!
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
The Landing is close to everything whether downtown, shopping, the casino, hiking trails, or the off-road park, we loved the little Island and what it had to offer. Lots of great little restaurants around the condo too which we love.

Also the community is gated, has a pool, pickleball courts and veranda not to mention lakefront! Our condo has one of the most beautiful views of Lake Hamilton, the sunsets are gorgeous.
