This is a multi family residence is conveniently located off 117 Ave close to Zoo Miami, next to the Florida expressway. The house can be utilized as one or separated in three fully functional private living. What this means for you? You'll have the entire house and property for your family/group. Your amenities will be thrice as much. You'll receive 3 private kitchens with everything (one main and two small), 3 washers, 3 dryers, 3 large fridge, (2) 65'' smart TVs with premium cable, 4 add'l smart TVs 48-55'', 3 work desk, multi sofas. There's a brand new Walmart and restaurants a lil over a mile from the house.
Outdoor is a swim spa with the option of dual temperature water. It is separated into two parts, a swimmer and a hot tub. With its lush greenery, water feature, hammock resting, there's absolutely no doubt you'll enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this quiet and peaceful home/neighborhood.
Park up to 6 vehicles.

I’ve traveled quite a bit and have been introduced to many cultures in Latin/South America, Europe and the Caribbeans. As your host, I will respect your space but I (or a co-host) will be available upon request. I sincerely love and care about the well-being of my guests so please call or message me anytime if something is amiss and I'll address it right away. That being said, I have considered the needs of my guests and although I cannot fulfill all, I believe I've gone beyond the basics to ensure your stay is conducive to peace and comfort.
I also have a very large 5 bedroom rental located in in city of Homestead near Krome Avenue for guests who are interested in the many wedding/party venues, NASCAR, or if you’re heading towards the Florida Keys or Everglades.
