It was clean. No wash clothes provided. No extra plastic bags for trash. TV and Cable worked fine. Too expensive for the property.

Weddig trip

House was large enough to accommodate us, but one sleeper sofa is broken and the other not really a double. Patio was dirty with dog waste. House and property are a little run down and could use some upkeep. Animals on site not well cared for chicken coop very dirty.

Great property!

Very fun property. Farm animals in the back, beautiful outdoor dining area. Interesting architecture. We stayed here because it was close to Biscayne, the keys and Everglades and it worked perfectly. It’s about as close to the keys as you can get, but it is still an hour away. Much closer to Everglades and Biscayne.

Pleasant stay

Very comfortable and spacious - just as pictured. In a quiet area, yet close to restaurants and grocery stores. Conveniently located for visits to national parks.

Family vacation

Very spacious, lots of room to spread out. Had littles that loved the tricycle and toys. Played in back yard quite a bit. Enjoyed the fenced yard and covered back deck. Very convenient to grocery and gas!

Fun house with big fenced yard--lovely!

Our family with grandfather and a kid's partner--7 total--stayed here and it was lovely and very comfortable. Very comfy beds and fun house with many nice spaces and uinque fun things. Very close to the everglades which is what we wanted to tour. and very peaceful and lovely and the kids could throw the frisbee in the yard. Fun little pool table. Nicely remodeled--very new and clean and nice. Nice TVs and appliances--everything lovely.

Great Place

Checking in was simple!! Absolutely beautiful house & property was amazing!! The chickens & big turkey were cool to see & hear!! Such a relaxing place! We parked our motorcycles under covered back area which was great to keep the morning dew off of them. The remote gate kept everything secure while riding. Contact with the host was quick and response was fast! We would most definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great relaxing private location!!

Excellent!

This Florida "rancher" house is beautifully remodeled and full of amenities. Very comfortable, spacious, clean, bright, and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well-equipped with high-end appliances, spacious dining table, outside covered patio with large fans that kept the Florida mosquitoes at bay. Plenty of room for everyone and plenty to do, convenient location to both Biscayne National Park, Everglades NP, and Big Cypress National Preserve. Really enjoyed our time here. There was a repair issue that the owners jumped on immediately and handled very nicely (thank you!) Would love to return to this property with extended family.

Great Well Equipped Property

A great stay in Homestead for proximity to the Everglades. Houses was beautifully designed and very well equipped. Plenty for all ages. Great communication with the owner and super easy check in. Spotlessly clean! We had a fantastic stay, thank you.

Little Oasis

This was a lovely stay in July, a perfect oasis from the humidity of the season. Our family chose this location to be close to national parks and we were delighted to discover local highlights as well. The house was light and airy. The air table/pool table was a hit with the kids. I would recommend to any group!

Spacious, comfortable, and incredibly helpful

It was really nice staying on their property, and it was incredibly helpful to have this house close to our wedding venue nearby. The house was located in the center of a spacious plot of land, the large front and back yards definitely helped you feel a bit of peace. It is a big contrast from the busy scenery you see in the rest of Miami. The property is not in the busy city but it is in a residential area with other houses, so you don't feel like you are too isolated. If you sit in the large comfortable patio in the back of the house you hear the sounds of peacocks and chickens that are on the property. The living space is very comfortable and spacious, there is plenty of seating for a family or group of friends to enjoy. The large shower that is near the bedrooms is large and grandiose, and it has an amazing amount of water pressure. Driveway was large enough to accommodate a few vehicles, and we enjoyed being able to pull up to the back patio area when it was raining. Overall really happy we stayed there.

Great rental near the Everglades National Park

Beautifully designed home near the Everglades National Park entrance. My family and I enjoyed the architectural details and the big, fenced in yard. Great location to enjoy Homestead or drive up to Miami or down to the keys.
