Situated in the Buena Vista neighborhood and adjacent to the charming and historic Germantown neighborhood, this property is perfect for easy access to Nashville's best nightlife, dining, and entertainment. With an open floor plan, locally inspired decor and modern chef’s kitchen, this spacious home is a welcoming abode after a day of eating, vintage shopping, and bar hopping.

There’s a reason Nashville, TN has become one of the country’s most loved southern cities. With its vibrant nightlife, country music scene, and incredible food, “Nashvegas” is a top destination for people simply looking to have a good time- which means lots of drinking and eating. Visitors flock to Broadway, a street lined with multi-level bars playing live music and serving bbq. You might get stuck in traffic behind party bikes called Pedal Taverns, but you’re more likely to cheer them on than get road rage because having fun is part of the culture in Nashville.

We had a great time with family and friends in this house in Nashville. I loved the location minutes from downtown, churches, and across the street from Kroger. Plenty of parking for all our cars. Highly recommend this location for a group of people wanting to have a great time in Nashville.

Property was in a great location. Easy access to everything we wanted to do. Easily fit our family.One of the two front door locks didn’t work on arrival was remotely corrected quickly.At least one house did have a odor of possibly marijuana

Great location

The property was clean and close to downtown Nashville. It was very spacious for our large group. The houses were well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware and toiletries. The Kroger grocery store was literally across the street, which was very convenient. We would highly recommend this property!

First trip to Nashville

This was our first time visiting Nashville. The house was very clean and well stocked with anything you might need (minus tissues?) haha! The house was very spacious and never felt cramped. The location was perfect, the grocery store across the street was convenient and easy to get any essentials. And just a short Uber/Lyft ride away from Broadway. Overall we would definitely visit this house again.

Absolutely love this property was perfect for my daughters 21st birthday. We had 19 people and had plenty of room. I would highly recommend these houses. Also when dealing with the leasing agents they were so helpful and very quick with getting back to me

Convenient spot for Nashville getaway + nice property

Nice property well appointed with all the essential amenities. In a super convenient location in Germantown - short ~10min ride to the main Broadway area. House has a really nice and good-sized kitchen/common area on the main floor and great to have multiple bathrooms for larger groups. Neighborhood seems like is is still turning over a bit. Knocking location rating down one star as one of the guest groups next door mentioned they had a break-in the morning we arrived.

Great for Girls Weekend

A group of eleven women adults came from across the country for a girls weekend. Great location outside of downtown and trendy neighborhood- a decent walk or short car ride. Quiet neighborhood so you don’t have to worry about loud, late night partying. Bedrooms in both homes are spacious and the living areas are perfect to relax, have coffee, snack and pre-party. Everyone was super happy with the houses and loved the Grown Alchemist body products. Would definitely stay here again!

Hockey Trip in Nashville

Our entire hockey team stayed in these two townhouses. Plenty of room! Master bed with the two beds is MUCH larger than it appears in the photo. Beds are comfortable. Surrounding area isn’t great, did not walk around, drove into the city and any other destinations because it felt safer. Overall clean & a great place to stay as a large group. Met our expectations for sure!

property was excellent and nicely located to downtown Nashville. The houses were sufficiently stocked with plenty of dishes, and even some condiments in the pantry. The only challenging part was getting dressed in rooms that did not have any dresser and a bathroom with no counter space. But we made do. I would stay again.

We had 24 guests and we had plenty of room . We could have used 2 towels each which would have helped us not do wash everyday.

The online description and photographs were exactly what was promised and located in a perfect surrounding to provide easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and pubs, as well as within a short drive or Uber to downtown. Highly recommended

Great location, clean houses

We stayed here with a group of 14 - four kids aged 5-9 and ten adults. Communication with the manager was great, instructions were easy to follow and the app was nice to have. We also loved that we could use the garage for our cars. The location was convenient - a short drive or Uber ride to downtown and a Kroger across the street. The property came with shampoo and conditioner, all the linens we needed, and had all of the kitchen essentials. The TV channel selection was not great so we had to sign into our streaming services but the Wi-Fi worked well. The walls are a bit thin and the pocket doors can be a little tricky, but no major issues or complaints!

Nashville Wedding Party

Our family of 23 was able to enjoy our time together in the two townhomes side by side. At first we were uneasy about the location, but it turned out to be fine, and everyone enjoyed their stay.
