Situated in the Buena Vista neighborhood and adjacent to the charming and historic Germantown neighborhood, this property is perfect for easy access to Nashville's best nightlife, dining, and entertainment. With an open floor plan, locally inspired decor and modern chef’s kitchen, this spacious home is a welcoming abode after a day of eating, vintage shopping, and bar hopping.

There’s a reason Nashville, TN has become one of the country’s most loved southern cities. With its vibrant nightlife, country music scene, and incredible food, “Nashvegas” is a top destination for people simply looking to have a good time- which means lots of drinking and eating. Visitors flock to Broadway, a street lined with multi-level bars playing live music and serving bbq. You might get stuck in traffic behind party bikes called Pedal Taverns, but you’re more likely to cheer them on than get road rage because having fun is part of the culture in Nashville.

Greatest choice we made during the trip

Awesome homes with every accommodation you could possibly need. House was very roomy and had space for everyone on the trip. Very clean and very organized!

Bachelorette Party Friendly

This location was fantastic. Directly across from a grocery store, safe feeling area, and easy access to ride share apps. The drive was a breeze to Broadway and was just a short walk to the Farmer’s Market as well. The Avant Concierge was very helpful prior to our arrival and made everything from check in to check out easy. I would stay at this location and with this host at other properties again.

Excellent place

We stayed here for my daughter’s 21st birthday with friends and family. The location made it very easy to get to and from downtown, even very late in the night with no issues. Everyone loved the look and roominess of the house. We will definitely rent from them in the future.

Great for Large Families

We had a family reunion at this property over Thanksgiving. We loved that we could rent 2 units next door to each other so we could have plenty of space for 16 people but still be close together. The location was great--10 minutes or less to downtown Nashville--though the neighborhood seemed older and newly gentrified. Not terrible walkable in the immediate area. But the houses were clean and thoughtfully furnished .

Great set up for bachelor party

Houses being next to each other made it easier for our group to interact. Garage and outback area had access to a lot of sun and made great for playing corn hole and other outdoor games. Rooms were very spacious and clean.

August 11-14

We had 22 people so rented two houses. They were very clean & just like the photos showed. This was our third time to Nashville & this was the best location so far. Quick Uber ride to downtown & there was a grocery store across the street we walked to to get basic supplies which was so convenient. The property managers were great to work with… friendly & quick responses to questions or needs. We appreciated the easy check out process too. Highly recommend! My only suggestion would be to have a few extra towels available.

Very happy with our stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect for our family , we cooked and it had everything we needed. Grocery store being close was nice. Wish we were closer to The bar scene. But Ubers were easy to get .
