Has a brand new pool heater and saltwater system beautiful Patio with basketball court , pin pom table , and pool table will further enhance the experience of staying at this warm and inviting place. PS5 with five games.
1200 square feet of living space 3 bedroom with memory foam in all rooms, and 2 bathroom . Will comfortably accommodate a 6 group of people for a luxurious stay that will have you coming back time and time again. Christmas decorations on the season.

Great backyard!

The backyard was very nice and offers a lot of activities, great for children and families! The home was clean and bright with a nice amount of living space. The only downside to this property is how close it is to a busy road. We knew this when we booked the property so we were okay with it. It is, however, next to a busy intersection so getting in and out of the drive was a little tricky at times. It's close to lots of amenities, including restaurants and the casino, and the beach was approx. a 20 min drive away. Overall, it was a nice property for our family of 4 for an extended weekend!

Great house for a group

We really enjoyed our stay w Mabel. She thought of all the small details. Back yard is full of entertaining options…pool, pool table, putting green, ping pong and basketball hoop (in and out of the water). Host even had shampoo and body wash in the showers which we appreciate when we travel without checking a bag. Communications with host was smooth and easy. Location good for getting to Hard Rock Stadium. Would 100% stay again. Thank you!

Wonderful place.

Beautiful property with a ton of amenities. You will never get bored there. It is extremely well equipped with everything you need. Just bring your clothes, food and family. Only downside is the street it's on is really busy and there is a ton of traffic. But it is close to everything.

Spring Break

We really liked the outdoor setup. All of the extra activities helped keep our teenagers busy during our stay. The house was clean and included most of the basic necessities. Check in and check out were easy and we had excellent communication from the property manager. One major downfall for us was the location of the house. It is on a very busy road and the extra noise was annoying, especially at night. The neighbor's dogs also barked the majority of the time we were outside.

December 2023 Stay

Overall, our family of 5 (including three teenagers) enjoyed the property and all it had to offer. We really enjoyed the heated pool, which was necessary given the cool temperatures that week in South Florida. We would return to this property.

Weekend Family Trip

Came for a weekend family trip and the Dolphins game. Decided to make the switch from hotels to a VRBO and it did not dissapoint. Great location, close to the beach and Hard Rock Stadium. The backyard was so much fun with plenty of activities. All guests should definetly plan some time to hangout back there. We did have a couple of issues with the plumbing but Mabel came within 30 minutes both times and it was fixed immediately. Awesome experience, will definitely be back!

Our stay was great! The house was very clean. Good location-easy drive to the beach, Hard Rock Stadium, and Hard Rock Casino. The backyard was amazing, with so many things to keep us entertained, and the pool was awesome! Mabel was very quick with answers, and very helpful with information about the area!

Perfect set up. Beds were comfortable, showers had dispensers and the freezer makes ice. Small size basketball hood for horse and the pool was deeper than I thought I’d would be.

The beautiful big family house

This beautiful house was one of my best stays I’ve stayed at so far. Not only was the host quick on responses to any questions or concerns I had but the house was spotless when I’ve arrived. The pool was the highlight and many more attractions this house has for a getaway!!! I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a big family home

A great spot for a get away

This property was a great spot for our family—the backyard steals the show with lots of fun activities for kids and adults. It’s a nice distance from a lot of of things, without being too far from anything. Only drawback is that it’s right off a main road, and very close to neighbors. See more pros and cons below. Pros- Backyard activities were awesome, lots of amenities at the house, comfortable bedrooms and clean house/linens and towels. Washer and dryer was helpful! Close to highway, tons of food and convenient shops, close to Hardrock Casino and Gulfstream Park. Cons- The TV was a little hard to navigate. We couldn’t find any local channels and sports playoffs were on and we couldn’t watch them. That said it’s connected to a ton of apps and it’s very fun to have a TV in every room AND outside. There wasn’t any instructions how to use the stove, (or TV), but we played around with it till we figured it out. There a noise ordinance but we we’re really sure what that meant for noise levels or what time it went into effect. Dogs behind the house were quite noisy any time we were playing basketball out back. We tried to be respectful of the noise levels too but there was def times I worried if we were too loud. There’s also cameras everywhere which made us feel safe but also watched a little. There was also a TON of red ants by pool chairs we noticed on last day. Needed to be sprayed. We would def stay there again though. Property gets an 8.5-10 for us.

The Ryan's weekend

AMAZING!! My husbands birthday weekend was everything and more. Checking in was a breeze and the house was extremely clean and had alot to do. The host responded quickly to your every needs. There was no need to go anywhere but to enjoy the great amenities this house has. I will definitely be back again. This house is so worth it!!!👍🏾

Everything was perfect.

My family and I stayed in the area of the listing for a few days and never had one complaint about this property. Host was very communicative and responded accordingly to our few requests. Pool was relaxing and we really enjoyed the heated water. Bedrooms were super accommodating and the kitchen area had more than what the four of us needed during our stay. The property is very close to ATMs, coffee shops, convenience stores, etc. Would 100% come back here. Thanks Mabel!
