the pictures and amenities of this property where not as the pictures and ad shows. this property is shared with three other properties in the same back yard, the pictures show a fire log pit and pond that are not accessible. the amenities say there is a washer and dryer and when i asked the host where they where, the reply was that it is not available for our stay and that there is a pay laundry down the street

Great Wedding Getaway

We had a small group come into town for a wedding at The Fenway Hotel and this home helped make it a great weekend! The home itself is incredibly designed from an aesthetic perspective and the location was hard to beat. If you're going to the beach it's about a 15 minute ride, but anything in Dunedin is within 5 minutes. I can't recommend this place enough and we'll look to stay here again if we're in town.

Beautiful and well-appointed home

This home was exactly as described and felt like we were walking into a professionally designed home. It was spacious for the two of us and would have easily accommodated four people/two couples. Super comfy beds/linens, large closets, full size fridge with ice maker/water (bonus!) and fair size patio overlooking the home owners garden. Kitchen was well stocked, minus the dishwasher which we knew about. We felt very safe/comfortable in the home/community.Vanessa has another property behind this one, a smaller ‘casita’, and she and her family also live on the property in another building, but you’d never really know it as we barely saw them or the other VRBO occupants.The purpose of our trip was to watch baseball which was about a 15 minute walk from the property. Would definitely stay again!

Little Slice of Heaven

Our third year, that probably says it all. Quiet, peaceful garden setting with beautiful deck to sit out on while enjoying coffee or an evening libation. We love it there.

Slice of Paradise

If you have the chance to book this amazing property, do not pass it up. You will not be disappointed! We stayed at this slice of paradise for a week. The host Vanessa was so kind, the location is great and the house was well stocked.

Thanksgiving

Stayed for Thanksgiving with my 6 year old son, brother and his girlfriend. The place was great, the decor was amazing. Very comfortable cozy place. The only issue was the first night the AC was not on and took the owner a while to answer, the AC can only be controlled by the owner. Luckily the weather took care of itself and we didn't need the AC on.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Within 15 minutes of most anything you could need (including the beach). Super cozy and you could tell a lot of thought went into the design of the home. Thank you for having us. The only thing that would have made it even more complete would have been a washer/dryer - but it was clear on description that one was not on site so we were prepared!

Birthday Getaway

Had the pleasure of scoring this beautiful home for my birthday weekend. If you are in search of a place to stay whether on business or pleasure, this is an absolute gem to book for your trip. The interior of this property was so well put together, it creates a unique vibe that will leave you sad as you are checking out for your end of trip. Lovely old craftsman on a gorgeous lot

Lovely 100 year old craftsman home updated with all the modern amenities. We learned about permaculture gardening. Admired the hard work that has been put into the amazing yard. A lot of hard work, for sure. They have used every inch of the property to support this life style. Home is located on a quiet street and close to downtown Dunedin, the ballpark and Honeymoon Island is a 15 minute drive. We loved it! Owners were easy to reach and helpful. Thanks for having us. Relaxing stay

This is such a peaceful, quiet, well-appointed house that is within easy walking distance of bike paths, restaurants, and Blue Jays TD Ballpark (20-30 minutes). Back deck and garden were nice. Note that the owners live in the house in the backyard and sometimes it didn't seem as private as we might have liked. The house was very clean and attractive. I wish that there was a house manual to explain procedures related to light switches, thermostat and garbage/recycling. Driveway is very narrow. But, overall, this is a great little house that we would highly recommend.

Home was very nice, had a bit of trouble with television having instructions by the remote would have been helpful. Not walking distance to the beach, beach is a 20 min drive.There is a bay nearby which was very nice for walking.

Need I say more? Love the hosts, quiet peaceful garden backyard with cozy cottage that suits our tastes. Great location for walking, biking and eating at restaurants galore. Easy to get around.

Tranquility

The cozy bungalow, lives up to all the prior reviews and our expectations. There’s a certain vibe in the home where you just feel comfortable. The atmosphere and decor creates a warm, welcoming environment. The home is very clean and we had all the essentials. The property owner, Vanessa was readily available to answer any questions. She was very friendly and engaging. So if you’re looking for a place to really unwind, kickback and relax, I would highly recommend the cozy bungalow.

Attractive, eclectic bungalow, but

The place is very attractive but we were going to have 3 adults for dinner and there was not enough China or silverware to do so. There is no dishwasher. The thermostat cannot be controlled by the renter. One must get in touch with the owner and the results were rarely comfortable. The water pressure in the kitchen was fine but very low in the bathroom.

Beautiful space & property in quiet, serene neighborhood

House was beautifully decorated with live plants and soothing textures and colors. Furniture was super comfortable (chairs, sofa, beds) and we appreciated the little extras such as organic healthy snacks, organic teas. Every detail of the space and the property is meant to nourish, support, and inspire from the decorating to the plants to the stunning yard full of life. Hosts were incredibly responsive, kind, and even gave me cuttings of a plant I admired and leaves of a tree I use in cooking. Loved the tour of the permaculture property and spending time each day painting and writing with the garden views. Such a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Highly recommend and hope to return again!
