Enjoy a relaxing get away at ‘Lake Dayz’. Our condo is located at The Ledges Condominium Complex in Osage Beach, Missouri at the Lake of the Ozarks on mile marker 21.
Our 2-bedroom 2- bath, walk in unit is cozy, CLEAN and has had recent updates. No Stairs! The condo has 4 beds and will sleep 7 comfortably between the beds and sofa bed. We also provide sleeping bags and a pack & play for additional sleeping space if you have children.
We know you will enjoy the amazing main channel lake view with a covered deck and no afternoon sun. Free Wi-Fi & parking and contactless check in/out is included with your stay. Ceiling fans, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and fire sprinklers are installed in the condo.
Step inside your retreat and the first thing you will notice in addition to the large open space is the beautiful view of the lake through the wide glass doors. The laundry room, separate from the kitchen has a full washer and dryer. In the updated kitchen we have supplied all you need for your stay (except food). Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar, kitchen table or on the deck.
The living room with a beautiful view of the lake has a fireplace (currently, decorative only) and abundant seating for your family- queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, and leather rocker chair. Catch a game or your favorite show on the smart TV with cable. Working remote? We have a desk and chair available. upon request.
A large, beautiful, king size private bedroom with an amazing lake view awaits you at bedtime. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet, TV with cable, new bedding & room darkening window treatments, full bathroom with ceramic tile, bath linens, double- sink and a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom is furnished with 2 beds- one full/queen and a twin size, new bedding & room darkening window treatments, a large closet, TV with cable. This bedroom shares a common, full bathroom with shower and bath linens. Make yourself at home and join the two beds to make one large bed. For our guests with children, we have 2 adult size sleeping bags, a new pack and play with sheets, baby monitor, foldable highchair, umbrella stroller, baby bath, games & books to make your packing lighter.
Whether you are staying to relax, enjoy a sporting tournament or working remote, the best part of your stay might be the relaxation and enjoyment you feel while resting on the covered spacious deck where you can see the lake for miles. The deck with no afternoon sun has everything you need to unwind- shade, ceiling fan, patio table set with cushions plus additional seating and propane grill.

The Ledges-
The Ledges condominium complex is one of the most popular complexes in Osage Beach. Located at the 20-mile marker in the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks, the complex is surrounded by water, wildlife, and beautiful trees. Our units are located on the main level with a covered deck offering a spectacular view of the lakes main channel. 241 condominium units occupy the complex.
Community-
The neighboring community (approx 5 minutes from the complex) offers a diverse selection of casual & fine dining, nightly entertainment, retail & outlet shopping, hiking, cave tours, helicopter rides, racing, bowling, arcades, parasailing, baseball complex, water park, ropes course, wineries, miniature golf, go karts, amusement centers & some of the Midwest's highly rated golf courses. Several restaurants are located by the water & a short distance by boat or car. Water taxis & Ubers are also available.

Amenities-
Homeowners of the privately owned units & their guests are invited to enjoy all the amenities the complex offers- two swimming pools (one pool overlooks the main channel & offers a beautiful view of the lake & sunsets), sandy beach with a children’s playground. Go for a lakeside, leisurely walk from the pool to the beach area. Don’t forget your fishing pole, fishing from the docks is allowed.

Slips and Docks-
Private covered boat docks (complete with turtles & ducks) & privately owned slips are available for rent (not guaranteed). Lake of the Ozarks State Park is minutes from our condo. The State Park offers slip and pontoon rentals. If you do not have a boat, Captains are for hire to take you & your family around the lake and several area locations will rent pontoons, speed boats, jet skis for a day or half day.

Parking & Security-
Parking is available. Each unit is provided with 2 complimentary parking passes. Overflow parking is also available within walking distance from ‘Lake Dayz’. Handicap parking is available (not guaranteed) in front of the building. Security personnel are on staff from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend.

Activities-
Don’t delay booking a reservation at one of our condos. Enjoy a variety of water sports & fishing opportunities mostly from May-October. Host a large family vacation & book at one of our several condos available for rent. We book up fast, however keep in mind reservations cancel. If you are looking for a certain date & it is booked, please check back often. Feel free to send me a message requesting I add you to the wait list.

Cleaning-
We provide our guests with hand soap in bathrooms and kitchen, bleach wipes and or anti-bacterial cleaning spray, dish soap, disinfectant spray and a small supply of dishwasher soap, toilet paper, facial tissue, and trash bags.
CLEANING FEE of $105 APPLIES AND IS SEPARATE FROM VRBO RESERVATION FEES

We know how much work goes into packing for a trip especially if you have young children. Because of this, we have tried our best to accommodate and make your packing easier and suitcases lighter.
