Bienvenidos al Desarrollo Popular Parkview Bay en el Lago de los Ozarks ... Cerca de todo, te vas a quedar en la que desea ser para dentro y fuera de las actividades de agua! Parkview Bay ofrece 3 piscinas, muelles del barco, y una zona de Lago Natación con un muelle de nadar. Le invitamos a pescar desde el muelle y el paseo alrededor del agua.

Su familia y amigos que se alojarán en un apartamento limpio y bien equipado, dispone de varias instalaciones fantásticas. La decoración 'y muebles son todos muy agradable! Hay un montón de asientos en la sala de estar abierta. La cocina está totalmente equipada y la parrilla de gas está en espera de su barbacoa! Te encantará sentarse en la terraza que tiene una amplia vista del lago y el parque de estado de serenidad al otro lado del agua.

La amplia suite principal tiene una cama king-size, TV por cable y baño privado con bañera / ducha. El segundo dormitorio también tiene TV por cable y ofrece una cómoda cama queen-sized y también un sofá-cama.

Entrada a las 3:00 PM, Salida De 11:00 am, a menos que lo contrario dispuestas.

We've never visited Osage in early spring, and it was really beautiful. I really just wanted a restful retreat and that fit the experience perfectly. The location of this condo is much quieter on the lake (very quiet cove area) then the usual places we stay. Yet incredibly close to some of our favorite restaurants (like Wobbly Boots and Andy's ice-cream as well as the Walmart and Target). I can't comment on the pools because we stayed long before they open for the season, but the grounds were really well kept and clean. The place might be hopping a bit more in the summer months, but was very quiet for our stay. The property manager was really attentive with communication.

Unit was nice, beds could have been a little softer. Livingroom t.v. is nice. Bedroom t.v's are tiny and not smart t.v.s. we are tv watchers at bedtime lol. Place was very clean and overall good. Would stay again.

Relaxation at its best

Great property and property owner. Amazing firework show viewable from pool on July 3rd every year. Then best fireworks show at lake or anywhere that I have seen is at bear bottom resort only 20 minutes away!

A couple small extras would be perfect

This is a super nice place. The deck out back has a nice view. The pools weren't crowded. We would for sure stay again. My only suggestions would be a K cup coffee maker and some small hotel size soaps for the shower.

Super tidy, and really cozy

Greg was a wonderful host. Great communication! The place was really conveniently located, comfortable and honestly, pretty. It was well decorated. The patio was nice to sit out and look at the Lake and Marina. Our kiddos absolutely loved the pool and us parents loved the dock to fish off of. All in all, money well spent and a super memorable weekend. Thanks Greg for hosting such a beautiful condo!

Great place to stay for last minute get away!

Very happy with the communication with the property manager regarding our last minute reservation. We had issues with the internet connection and we had a response regarding work being done in the area and how to reset internet. Condo was directly on water with boat slip. Had three wonderful pools. As with most condo's in area we had to drive to see or do anything but overall three day get away was well worth it.

As you can see from our hundreds of reviews this is 100% out of line with the way we operate! I expect this false review to be removed very soon. On the day of arrival after I provided access, this traveler told me he was going to have to bring a dog which I explained was not acceptable. After that he said he was going to do it anyway and just not tell me… I explained that wouldn’t work either. He knew the rental was non refundable and tried to get a refund which I declined. I then received several requests from him for other properties I manage that he didn’t realize I did as he searched for a property that would accept their dog…. They never showed up then wrote this review in a last ditch effort to get a refund prior to filing a credit card chargeback that vrbo is now handling. What a shame.
