You will love the location, it's just a short walk to the 34º North restaurant and Beaufort Hotel and minutes from the beautiful Beaufort waterfront. Public boat launch is within walking distance. Boaters love this destination, you can launch your boat nearby and store your trailer across the street. Call the number below for reservations, and ask about dockage availability. With two bedrooms on the main floor, kitchen and living room it's perfect for entertaining. Upstairs is a recreation room featuring a large smart TV, table for puzzles, games or cards. There is also a third bedroom upstairs and two bunks in the alcove for additional sleeping. Enjoy your coffee on the balcony or brunch at 34º North your options are endless. Have a boat? Bring it! Beaufort is fun to explore by land and by sea. There is a golf car charging station outside the unit, bring yours or reserve one nearby by calling the number below.

Wedding stay

I had a great stay and the location was perfect for my wedding. My groomsmen used this as a staging room for the wedding and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Great Getaway for two Families

This home is perfect for two families of 4 as one family was upstairs and one was down stairs. Having the boat ramp next door and being able to keep your boat on a gated lot as part of the package made boating on the Crystal Coast a breeze. Would definatley recommend for others!

They attention to detail in this place is amazing. It is truly beautiful. Communication with the property management was easy. Location is right across from the Beaufort Hotel which made walking to the wedding were attended easy and convenient. Would stay again !

Family Vacation

This is a beautiful property with everything that we needed for our stay. The house is thoughtfully appointed and beautifully decorated, and the host was immediately responsive to any questions we had. It was a perfect size for our eight-person family and allowed us to bring our dogs as well. There is plenty of room for both family time and for privacy and is well situated near 34 North restaurant and Beaufort and all its attractions. We highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Great space and super clean. Parking across the street for the boat at $10 a day. Public boat ramp right next to the house. Very easy to unload and load the boat. Would definitely return to this house. Scott K

Wonderful!

We had a great stay- we were in town for a wedding and this place was just perfect for our family of 6. All instructions were clear and the place was well maintained and had all we needed. The only issue we had was with noise form the boat storage facility next door- there was a lot of loud noise starting very early in the morning. This is why I gave location only 4 stars. Otherwise- wonderful.

Wonderful Property

Plenty of room. Great Location. Just be advised there are stairs to climb if you're challenged. To the property owners. You might want to have a electrian check the 3rd floor outlet. Some of the upper outlets don't work but the lower one does. Plus the outer door doesn't always latch when it closes. The wind can catch and blow it open. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend if you need accommodations in Beaufort.

Comfy, Beautiful Spot for Families with Pups!

We enjoyed our second stay at the comfy and beautiful home! We were just disappointed that the coffee pot for the KitchenAid Coffee maker was missing, so we had to use the tiny one instead. We were also thought it was very bizarre and unfortunate that management only provides 1 kitchen trash bag (the one that's in the can when you get there). They won't give you even 1 extra bag. This is very odd, since they provide multiple toilet paper rolls, towels, washcloths, vacuum, cleaning supplies etc. Besides that, we enjoyed the home and are excited to return next year!

Good location, poorly maintained

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in Beaufort at BB's! We love the balcony view of the lawn and seeing the harbor in the distance. We also enjoyed the Adirondack chairs. However, we were disappointed by the condition of the unit upon arrival. The upstairs smelled very musty, and the downstairs had a strong chemical smell and the floors were sticky. The sofa was covered in dog hair. The bath towels were thin and low quality. The upstairs bathroom did not have a bath mat for the shower, and there were no hand towels. There was an empty Food Lion water bottle under the bed. There were lots of food crumbs in the silverware tray. We also found broken glass on the porch. We may return in the future because we like the location and the building, but the poor maintenance of the home may lead us to look elsewhere next time.
