Spacious Loft on Middle Lane in Historic Downtown Beaufort

Come to Beaufort and leave your car parked for the entire stay. Steps from historical landmarks, ferry transportation, shopping, and award winning restaurants and bars this Middle Lane getaway is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of the action. This private Loft is located across the street from Aqua Restaurant and Backstreet Pub, fine dining and entertainment are at an arms reach.

This second floor property features one king bedroom, one full bath, stocked kitchen, dining and spacious living room areas. Outdoor veranda seating is the best way to drink your morning coffee or have an afternoon cocktail.

Sheets and Towels are provided. 2 cots are available for small children (these are not designed for adults or large teens). Additional $25 per child per night fee will apply.

Amenities Include: central air/heating, ceiling fans, wireless internet, TV in living room area, kitchen including: microwave, stove, full size refrigerator. A washer and dryer are also included in the unit.

PETS: Please note small-mid size well mannered house trained dogs are allowed (two max per reservation). Additional fees apply for stay ($25.00 per night per dog). If excessive shedding/damage occurs following stay cleaning/damage fees will apply. Pet policy must be agreed to upon booking.

Outdoor Security Cameras: 2 cameras located on the exterior building for the commercial building entrances located downstairs from loft unit.

The Loft on Middle Lane is a wonderful place to stay in Beaufort. We parked our car on day one (great perk was a parking spot included) and didn't use it again until we left. We walked to everything. The Loft is very large and truly spacious. Tons of light. Very Clean and had all we needed. Check in/out was easy. Hosts were responsive and communicated very well.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful trip and the place was really unique. It is in the perfect location and you don’t need your car for anything. It was incredibly clean and well maintained. We will stay here for sure again.

This property was amazing. The location excellent it was so easy to walk to the docks and restaurants, shops. The loft had everything we needed and was nice and clean. My wife and I will recommend this place to anyone.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed this cute loft in the heart of downtown Beaufort. It was very clean and perfect for our stay. We rented a golf cart (there is a cart lot next door) and used it to visit family and explore the area. We will definitely stay there again. You may want to note there is a bar across the road, which was noisy at night but didn't keep us up.

The Perfect Beaufort Getaway

I can’t recommend this property enough! Very clean, well stocked with supplies and basic needs, and the perfect location! We only used the car to go to the beach and grocery store, and both were only 5 minutes away. Kristen and Bradley were incredible hosts and responded to every inquiry within minutes. We can’t wait to go back!

Our favorite loft

We absolutely love the loft on Middle Lane. It’s very comfortable and just feels like home. The location is perfect if you like to be in the heart of old town. Completely walkable with tons of amenities in the surrounding blocks. The hosts are fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay one to remember. We will be back.

The loft is charming and cozy, yet spacious. Beautifully decorated. The location is ideal for exploring Beaufort. Only suggestion perhaps would be to install shades on the hallway windows.

Weekend Get Away

Look no further. If you are looking for a great location to stay in Beaufort, this is it. Very clean and very comfortable loft right in the middle of downtown. Wish we could have stayed longer. Just be careful, you may get stuck on the couch in front of the 75" flat screen TV. We will be back, and this is where we will stay.

This property was exactly as described and so clean and spacious. Loved the decorations and natural light. The location cannot be beat! Short walk to everything in Beaufort. Property mangers made everything so easy. I’ve stayed in a lot of vrbo’s and this is one of my favorite’s. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Location! Perfect Hosts!

The loft was perfect for us and our pups. It’s spacious, comfortable and comes with a private parking space, right in the middle of historic Beaufort. Coffee shops, restaurants, docs and entertainment - just steps from the door. There’s a bar across the alley that we’d join a couple of nights during our stay. Good people. Even the pups enjoyed sitting outside just to people-watch… and for random pats on the head. We’re already planning our return to loft!

Anniversary Weekend

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It was located right in the heart of the downtown activities, restaurants, and bars. The convenience can’t be beat and the bands and events that are happening around you are over by 10 pm so it was quiet when we needed it to be. We even sat right outside our door and listened to the band at the bar across the parking lot one night after dinner. Our host was very responsive and helpful as well. We would definitely stay there again.

Cleanest place ever

We’ve stayed in VRBO’s and B&B’s from Murphy, NC to Beaufort to GA to the Shennendoa Valley in VA. This studio was the cleanest by far. Not even a dust bunny under the bed! Just be aware there is a popular bar across the street that parties til last call. We’re not party goers, so it kept us up later than we would have liked. But if you love the nightlife, there is a jumping little joint right across the street!

Perfect Loft in Beaufort - Super Clean and Well-Stocked!

My stay at the loft in Beaufort, NC, was absolutely fantastic! This property exceeded my expectations in every way. The loft was super clean and impeccably maintained, making me feel right at home the moment I walked in. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made cooking a breeze. I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches and the attention to detail throughout the loft. Location-wise, you couldn't ask for more. The loft is within walking distance to the waterfront, charming shops, vibrant bars, and excellent restaurants. It made exploring Beaufort so convenient and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this loft to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Beaufort. I can't wait to come back!

We had never been to this portion of NC and was pleasantly surprised how much we loved the area. Our goal was to get rest and this place was perfect. The town is so laid back and relaxing. The location was within walking distance to all the local restaurants and retailers. The building was designed with an apartment on the second floor and the owners leased out the lower portion of the building for small events. The event center was only used one day of our four-night stay. While we were there, that Saturday they had several local venders/artists selling their work. The owners were super nice, and they had plenty of reading material on where to eat, shop and explore. The owners also informed us about the upcoming art event when we arrived and welcomed us to come into the activity center to explore. The unit was very clean and updated. Even though there were activities below on that one day of out stay, that noise did not carry over into out unit upstairs. We would definitely come back again and recommend this place to anyone who looking to visit this portion of NC.
