Spacious room in quiet subdivision

Please read full description. This is a large guest room in my 1 1/2 story home. This room is downstairs and has a queen size bed. The bathroom is right next door to the bedroom. While there is not a private entrance from the bedroom into the bathroom, this bathroom will only be used by guest.
I am out of town a lot so you will more than likely have the house to yourself but there is a chance i could be there. Just please double check before booking if you are wanting the house to yourself. You will have access to the kitchen, living room and laundry room; basically everything that’s downstairs. My bedroom/bathroom is the only thing upstairs and off limits to guest.

I do have a husky named Kanyon that will be at the house even when I’m gone. She is very kind and self sufficient with automatic food & water and a doggie door. You can give her treats if you like. Just keep your bedroom door closed while you're gone. I keep her out of the bedrooms and off of the furniture. She’s very well behaved and great with other dogs. If you are planning on bringing a pet you must have my approval first. Aggressive breeds are not allowed. I also have a shihtzu that travels with me. He will only be at the house if I'm in town.

This is a very quiet, safe subdivision. Safe to walk the neighborhood. There's also a playground at the entrance of the subdivision you could walk or drive to.
Town is only about 5 mins away. There are many restaurants that deliver if you like to stay in. Check out my guidebook!
