Direct Oceanfront Condo with Breathtaking Views!!!!

A very clean no carpet condo, cleaned by one person after each guest's departure. Cleanliness and safety are our top objectives hoping to provide you with an enjoyable, safe vacation to remember for a lifetime. The months of June and July only "WEEKLY" rentals are accepted. The sofa futon and living room chairs are made of PU leather which can be wiped clean when needed. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary items to cook a gourmet meal. TVs are 50" Samsung smart in bedrooms and 60" Samsung smart in the living room, the internet is fast and there are all sorts of apps to watch on tv including basic stations. The king bed is comfortable and new, and the second bedroom houses 2 full-size beds, with plenty of pillows. Both bathrooms are full baths with excellent pressure and hot water. The non-smoking condo and balcony are cleaned in detail prior to your arrival. There is a smoking area out by the pool. The condo is on the 7th floor not too low and not too high, the # 7 is complete. You are invited to Paradise!

Prior to departing cut off all faucets, lights, tv's and ceiling fans. Lock balcony door and lock front door. Failure is a $100 fee.

Exactly as advertised

Both the rave reviews and the listing were extremely accurate. The property is right on the beach with spectaculy views. We loved being able to come and go to the beach as we wanted, not needing to lug all our stuff back and forth. The building is a bit dated but clean and in good working order. The location is a short walk to food, shops, grocery stores, and the boardwalk, so we didn't have to use our car after the first day of our week-long stay. Irish was a great host who communicated exactly what we needed to check in and out. The check out was quick and painless so we could get on the road right away- all we had to do was empty the trash, load the dishwasher, and turn off all electronics. I would definitely rebook this nice condo with my family again!

The location to the CCMF and the ocean was perfect. The building is old, but the condo was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was PRICELESS.

Condo itself was clean and view of the water was awesome but the building had no security or management and lots of smoking and loud music.

Easter at Myrtle Beach

Was a little nervous entering the lobby and going up the elevator, but was relieved once we stepped into the condo. As you enter the approximately same bedrooms are on your right and left, both with their own private bathroom. The one used as a master has a comfy king bed and redone shower. Both bathrooms were stocked with so much towels and washcloths we could not use them all even with a teenager and the swan towels on the bed were a nice touch. The kitchen/dining area and nicely decorated living room are open concept so everyone can hang out and be together and leads out to the balcony where we enjoyed the sunrise and watched dolphins. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and the only thing we had to go out for was laundry detergent for the stackable washer dryer that was nice to have. The kitchen had two coffee makers including a Keurig but we chose to walk to Krispy Kreme instead that was just around the corner. A huge plus in our book was that Irish provides four beach chair and umbrella as well as toys, which saved us a lot of room and the trouble hauling them form NY. Didn't use the pool or lazy river while there because we chose to go to the beach instead which was right outside the door. What else can you ask for?

Labor Day Vacay

The condo was perfect for our Labor Day weekend stay. The oceanfront view was amazing, the host Irish was a gracious host. I even called late the day of our arrival and she answered and was so kind and friendly the perfect host. She made sure our every need was taken care of. I'll be back!

Girls weekend

Condo was exactly what we were looking for to spend our getaway. Balcony was great for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. So very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is great for a short walk to the boardwalk. I would definitely stay here again!

Location and beach was great. Older building - unit, building and pool area were okay. Pools much smaller than expected but beach was clean and not over crowded.

Perfect Location

We were in town for a girl's weekend to attend the CCMF. The condo is in a great location, able to walk everywhere. The space is clean, has plenty of room and everything you could possibly need/want is there. The only complaint would have been the beds, but that's because I prefer a firm mattress, and these are definitely on the softer side. We didn't need anything from Irish while we were there, but she did reach out to let us know she was available if we needed anything or had any questions. We would absolutely stay here again.

Exactly as expected and more!!

This was the perfect condo for our family. When we arrived it was SO CLEAN! The location is PERFECT for quick easy access to the strip where all the fun and restaurants are! The beach wasn’t overcrowded in this location either! We would definitely recommend this condo for your trip. Everything was perfect. We had everything we needed available in the condo as well. The master bed is SOOO COMFY too! Slept GREAT! Thank you Irish for sharing your home away from home with us!!

Great location

The location of this condo was ideal for our stay. The oceanfront view was spectacular. The overall building is dated. Irish was an excellent host and made sure everything was in order. When we return next year, we use the same condo. 5 stars.

Family Fun experience

Perfect for families of all ages. Nice lazy river. 1ft pool for my 1yr old to splash around in. Deeper pool for my 5yr old to swim around in. Right next to the beach. Very clean. Convenient parking and lots things to eat and do within walking distance. Host is very accommodating and understanding to small children and was always on top of communication. Highly recommend.

Beach Living

Apartment was as advertised and accommodating to our needs. Loved hanging out on the balcony at any time being so close to the ocean. Two bedrooms were well furnished and the beds were nice and comfy. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need along with different spices, salt, pepper, etc. Staying with two teens we found plenty to do and everything is within walking distance, even Broadway at the Beach. Grocery store a block or so away was handy as well as the Boardwalk and various bars and entertainment. We wish we found Bummz Beach Cafe earlier in the trip...well worth a visit. Overall, an enjoyable week and would certainly stay again if we came back to Myrtle Beach.

Close to Boardwalk!

We had a nice stay here. The decor is a little dated and the recliner is on life-support, but otherwise nice. View is a little obstructed if you want to see the sunrise (in June) but the view of the ocean is perfect! I appreciated the little extras...Keurig AND a coffee pot and some pods and coffee and filters to get you started, kitchen fully stocked and some tupperware, ice trays with ice already made, beach toys and one beach chair to use was very nice. The hotel was not offering beach chair and umbrella rentals while we were there and the hotel next door's rentals were RIDICULOUSLY priced. I would advise bringing chairs and an umbrella if you can. We bought some at the local Walmart. The elevator was broken several times, which is not the owners fault at all, but climbing all those stairs stunk! Irish was great to work with and checked in on us too! We had a great stay!

Great Host - Kid Friendly Location

The host was awesome! I can not express how much I appreciated the communication she provided during our stay. She went above to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The location is within steps of kid friendly activities, restaurants, and the beach. The weather wasn't great the first few days, but being near other activities was great for our kids on the rainy days.

I am a retired 70-year young lady that loves to keep busy, especially updating
real estate investments. Water is very soothing to me and helps me to relax, besides we spent the first 9 months bouncing around in water. This condo is special it is NOT a cash cow, but a place for you to come and relax, unwind, sleep late, and play in the ocean and pools. If an adult, act like a kid and have fun. All appliances are new, I searched 2 states to find all the beautiful pictures I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. I live in NC and I visit Paradise every 6 weeks, if you fall in love with Paradise and make it your beach home incentives can be offered for future visits.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

For the first year, this property was managed by a property management company, the reviews were awful, place was not clean. Even though the Property Mgt Co charged $175 cleaning fee the maids were only paid $50. Therefore, cleanliness was overlooked because greed was present. The entire $125 cleaning fee goes to the housekeeper and I pay her a $25 tip each time the condo is cleaned. If upon arrival you find the place is not clean please forward me pictures, cleanliness is our brand for Paradise. During the busy season elevators will be slower because everyone will be using them, please feel free to use the stairs. Luckily, our unit is right in front of the south elevator and south stairs. The downstairs desk clerk has nothing to do with our unit please bypass the desk completely. If there is anything you need please text I will have someone local to accommodate you, or I will drive down myself. My goal is a happy guest, one
that feels they have received value for their hard- earned money they have spent. Please treat Paradise as if it is your home because it is your home away from home.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Only one housekeeper cleans the unit, managed by the owner. The unit is not too high and not too low. Purchased, furnished, and maintained with Love, so you can enjoy your vacation without the headache of ownership. We believe in constantly upgrading the unit to hopefully maintain 5-star reviews. Games, cards, etc. can be found on the sofa table in the living room. In the master bathroom closet, you will find surfboards, toys for sand play, a blanket, and a beach chair. Umbrellas and chairs can be rented from the beach area during the busy season, BUT the umbrella and 2 chairs are $45 a day. To save you money I purchased an umbrella and chairs from Walmart so you can lay by the sun, sand, and water for no extra charge. PLEASE remember to bring all items back to the condo for others to use. All spices are in the cabinet if you would like to use them. I am constantly upgrading the unit so any suggestions would be appreciated. No need to worry about HVAC failures a new 2-ton has been installed in January 2023. Remember to close the patio door when the system is running because if doors are open the unit will shut down. Please do not bring the cart in the unit while unloading and loading from the hallway. Prior to leaving turn off all fans and lights and follow check out list posted on the refrigerator. Thanks for your future booking!
