Amazing Condo-Completely Renovated, Ocean Front Bd,Watch Sunrise in Your Bed

This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is directly on the oceanfront Atlantica Resort. This is an awesome condo on the 9th floor, which was renovated recently, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the ocean front amenities. The balcony is huge. Very inviting and entertaining outdoor space.
The condo will sleep up to 7 people with a queen in the large master suite with balcony access, 1 queen bed and 1 Twin Trundle in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room.

This condo offers a Queen size bed in the back bedroom plus a Queen size bed in the ocean front bedroom and a sleep sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate 4-7 guests.

You are allowed 2 parking spaces for a 2 Bedroom condo on this property.

Condo features a Queen size bed in the Master Bedroom with attached private bathroom plus a Queen size bed in the 2nd Bedroom with another bathroom which can be locked off from the condo or left open for all guests to use. We also offer a queen size sleeper in the Living room a full size kitchen with dining area for 4, sleeps up to 7.

We have implemented contactless check-in. No need to talk to anyone nor pick up keys anywhere. Both resort gate and condo are controlled by combination locks. Codes will be sent by email and text message. Resort is accessible 24/7 So don't worry if you are running late.

This resort is within 15 minutes’ drive of Myrtle Beach International Airport and River Oaks Golf Course. Captain Dick’s Marina is about 20 mi away.

The outdoor pools will be closed starting in October through the winter season. However, the indoor pools and lazy river will remain open year-round for your enjoyment.

The positives: The view & proximity to the beach is amazing. That’s it.Everything else: The VRBO photographer deserves a raise. For the price we paid, was expecting FAR better. Plenty of wear & tear apparent everywhere with limited kitchen cooking/storage containers. The neighborhood is ultra-sketchy, building is extremely run-down and parking is a long & hot block-plus away. The dated pool area was overrun with what appeared to be large, local families as there was no security on the pool gate - despite the “mandatory” bracelets (of about 50 people, we saw only ONE other couple with bracelets).We were never able to get the living room TV to work - and after a few text exchanges with host Janet, we were ghosted. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

We had a great stay at this beautifully renovated condo. Owner was very helpful and provided all the information ahead of time and was responsive to questions. Condo location was perfect and the unit was clean and updated with a great oceanfront balcony.

Good Stay

Last minute trip to Myrtle Beach for a night. Good location; empty lot next door so the beach wasn't as crowded as other places on the beach. Condo was clean and as described in the pictures. Janet was very responsive to questions.

Perfect location for families!!

Our family of four just returned from our wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. We had everything we needed. Very close to all the fun that Myrtle beach has to offers. Beach was breathtaking. Sunsets were worth the early wake up!! Would definitely return.

Clean with great location

Despite the check-in time being at 4 PM, the cleaning staff was still working so didn’t get access till 5 PM. Owner just said the cleaning people had somebody call in sick no offer to give any kind of discount or anything though they would’ve charged me if I wanted early check-in, so that was disappointing, but the place was clean. It was in a great location for walking down the road to the souvenir shops and the beach. I would stay there again.

Beautiful views!

Checking in was very easy. The location is within all the shops. The condo building itself could use upgrading, but condo was updated and very clean. The ice maker does doesn't work, and contacted the manager but no response. The front door lock and the sliding glass doors lock need replaced. Overall beautiful views and our kids loved the pools.

Overall Satisfactory Stay

The location, views, and surrounding food and scenery were excellent. While I was hoping for a more homey atmosphere, the property felt more like a hotel. Overall, I have no complaints. However, I reached out with a simple question about parking but never received a response. Thankfully, the front desk was helpful. It does raise concerns about response times for more urgent matters. That said, it was a great stay, and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Overall, very nice

Overall, we enjoyed this unit. It is decorated very nicely and we could tell that a lot of thought went into making decor decisions that elevated the feel of the unit. We were grateful for no gaudy beach life themes. We particularly liked having a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig type. The beach is right outside and we had a full ocean view. Things we wish had went differently: the A/C unit wasn't cooling very well (at all) and our bedroom was at least 75 degrees. Communication with the property owner was less than stellar and less than timely. She asked if we had the patio doors closed, which I found insulting, and then suggested we use a fan that was kept in the closet, which we felt was dismissive. Eventually, she did get a repair person to the unit and after two nights of sweating, the A/C unit finally began working properly. I had also mentioned the ice maker was not working or perhaps I wasn't doing something correctly to get it going. This was never addressed by the owner and we simply decided to go buy bags of ice from the nearby grocer. The unit is secure, for sure. We named it Alcatraz because you need a four digit code to even get into the building and then a 10 digit code to get into the unit. After entering the 10 digit code, you must turn two door handles at the same time to enter. If you have anything in your hands like beach chairs, luggage, (or bags of ice) this is quite the magic trick. Parking is across the street, so be careful crossing over.

THE VIEW!

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The views were amazing just as pictures promised. Location was great, steps from the boardwalk, short walking distance from many restaurants, shops and fun activities as well as grocery store.

Amazing host

Our host (Janet) has great communication skills. She was able to address our needs in a timely manner. Highly recommend and would love to stay again, location was great easy access and conviently access to local shops/restaurants/entertainment.
