This luxury tiny home is designed with a modern farmhouse chic décor that combines functionality with modern technology comforts. Upon entering a keyless entry French glass double door, you will feel at home surrounded by warm white tones and shiplap walls. Relax with some music through the Alexa or watch some TV. Though you may not want to leave your home, we invite you to try grilling on the kamado ceramic grill or roasting smores around the smokeless fire pit. Lastly, before you go to bed , we hope you have a night cap on the rooftop deck and gaze at the starry sky.
In the morning, feel the warmth as you let in the early sunlight through two large glass windows that surround the bed . We hope you enjoy your day with our premier outdoor amenities. First start by lounging pool side along our 40 ft pool . Fix yourself a drink in our deluxe Tiki Hut outdoor kitchen. Swing on one of our tree hammocks or just relax on one of our Adirondack chairs on the deck over the pond. Feel free to join in the fun at our renovated Barndo where you can find games such as darts, Jenga, and cornhole. Lastly, don’t forget to say hi our friendly pygmy goats!

Happy Goat Retreat is ideally located minutes away from Texas’s top tourist destinations. Just 4 miles off I-45 Freeway, we are located are less than 2 minutes from Lake Conroe. There is a convenient marina down the street that gives you quick access to the water. Lake Conroe is one of the top angler spots to catch largemouth bass and other fish! Other activities include renting a kayak or a boat to explore our beautiful lake or grab some lunch at several lakeside restaurants.
Of course, there are tons of parks nearby including the 2000-acre Huntsville State Park nestled in the Sam Houston National Forest . Here, you can hike or bike 21 miles of nature trails surrounded by the beautiful tall pine trees.
Shopping at the Outlets of Conroe or The Woodlands mall is also a short drive away . Here you can spend hours at the many fine retail stores and afterwards, grab a bite at so many wonderful restaurants.
There are endless fun activities for everyone.
