Cozy little cabin, was a very peaceful area near the lake. The host was very communicative and accommodating the entire time. Cabin was well stocked with supplies and amenities needed for our weekend stay. Was altogether a nice little place to get away.

Tiny house by the lake

We came from big city life to decompress and relax and that’s just what we did. The weather was colder than usual but the outdoor fire out was our favorite way to unwind and reconnect. Wish we could have checked in earlier and stayed later but having a full day Saturday was just what the doctor ordered! Thank you for this perfect weekend getaway.

Short getaway win

My significant other and I needed a little getaway for one on one time and R&R and this place was perfect.The cabin was quaint and cozy. Had everything we needed. The outdoor area was perfect. We got a good breeze, loved the balcony option for extra sun and view. We made good use of the dock and the swing overlooking the lake. We didnt use the kayaks or canoe, but loved they were an option. I can see us going back again. Really great price for the amenities and experience!

Lake Conroe Cottage

The cottage was right on the lake, which was great! The master bedroom got hot at night, no matter how low the thermostat was set. There was what looked like blood stains on the flat sheet in the bedroom, so that was pretty gross. Besides these things, we enjoyed our stay.

Cute Cabin

It’s a cute cabin and very peaceful. . The only problems were: the sofa, chair and bed mattress were very uncomfortable. The extra blanket was dirty and the outside windows were very dirty. Also there were cobwebs on the den dan. When I got there it smelled very strongly of syrup.

Absolutely beautiful! Perfect for my husband and I!

It was a beautiful cabin, just the right size for my husband and I for a quick getaway weekend to celebrate our anniversary!! We did have a little trouble trying to find it but only because we weren’t able to get there until about 10:30 pm. Had it been light out we wouldn’t have had that problem. We brought all the food we would need to cook for ourselves but the only skillet that is there is a small 5 inch skillet, which is too small for bacon. We went out to eat instead and got to try a new restaurant called First Watch, that we both loved! It is secluded but still close enough to get to a grocery store in 15 minutes. Very thing else was there that we needed so our weekend was perfect! We didn’t get a chance to go on the roof top patio, but we did get to do some fishing, which we both love to do and one of the main reasons we picked this place. There are a couple other cabins to rent on this site, and all are a little closer to the water that this one, but this cabin I believe was slightly bigger so I was ok with not being right on the water. The leasing agent was super nice and sent me very detailed info the night before our stay that helped a lot!! My husband and I do a little trip like this every year for our anniversary and this is cabin is one of our favorites! We will definitely be coming back soon and hopefully get to stay a little longer so we can enjoy all the perks. I would recommend this place to anyone!
