Can't get any closer to lifts than Sundial Lodge! Winter 25/26 open for booking!


Lovely top floor condo with 3 Bedrooms -- 2 downstairs and 1 upstairs[newly enclosed bedroom, formerly a loft], 3 Full Baths[2 downstairs and 1 upstairs].

Ski-in/Ski-out Sundial condo sleeps 8. The condo overlooks the Canyons Village from the top floor, and is steps from the gondola. A private washer/dryer is located in the foyer at the condo entrance. Other en suite amenities include a full kitchen, king bed, queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa in the main living area and one bunk bed set in 3rd bedroom upstairs.

Although plenty of activities to include summer and winter sports, shopping, and restaurants are located right on site, a free city bus or private shuttle operate regularly to provide you access to the many other amenities in the Greater Park City area.

Canyons Village @ Park City Mountain Resort is located 35 minutes from Salt Lake International Airport, and accessible by rental car or private shuttle. Free underground parking is provided for Sundial guests.

Guests are welcome to enjoy a rooftop hot tub, in ground plunge pool and a fitness center.

YEAR ROUND ACTIVITIES IN PARK CITY:

Besides the world class skiing in Park City, winter means a multitude of outdoor winter fun to include sledding, sleigh rides, tubing and snowshoeing to name a few. The Sundance Film Festival is held in late January.

Spring season can bring some of the best skiing of the year in very temperate conditions.

Summer means golf, mountain-biking, numerous music festivals, and the Kimball Arts Festival.

Don't rule out a fall visit, which many locals will tell you is their favorite season with moderate temperatures and a great opportunity to witness some of the best fall color in the country!

Excellent 3 bedroom close to slopes and ski school

Excellent, clean property. We enjoyed the location being so close to ski school drop off and the gondola/orange bubble. The ski valet was excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Can’t beat the location. We will stay here again.

Clean, cozy, great location. Attentive owner. It was the perfect spot for a long weekend in Park City. We would definitely stay here again.

Sundial is super convenient in the Canyons with good amenities including, ski and bike lockers, gym, pool, hot tub, etc. I'd rebook here.

Amazing-ski in/ski out, spacious condo

This place has the best location for the Canyons Village, steps to the lifts, restaurants, and shops. The condo was clean, spacious and has a full kitchen. We loved the view of the village ;) We also loved the hot tubs and fire pits! The top floor is really nice with the vaulted ceilings and bunk room upstairs. We will definitely want to stay again ;)

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our time at the Sundial Lodge. Our family has stayed there several times before and this was the largest unit we have been in. There were a few minor issues but we didn't even address them with the owner. He was very responsive when we arrived late and couldn't find the parking pass. The location is wonderful for skiing!

Excellent stay

Excellent stay. Arrived early, but Guy was very helpful about getting us into the condo unit early. Parking was free & easy. Location could not be beat. We were a family of 4, and the unit was more than enough space. Each kid had own room and bathroom- what a treat. Well appointed kitchen. Surprise front row seats for the Saturday night village firework show on my husband’s birthday. Ski valet service was easy and convenient. Great family vacation.

Back Again

After having had a great stay last year, we returned this year- we were not disappointed. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the location could not be any better. The owner was responsive and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there and hope to be back next year!

Return to the mountain

It sure was nice to be back on the ski slopes after getting shit out last years due to covid. This is our “go to” property and we love it. The property is perfect for my family. Looking forward to next year already!!

Great location

Did not receive check in instructions but it was VRBO fault! Make sure you contact guy ahead of check in for parking instructions as front desk will tell you that you will need to pay or risk a fine…: But other then that, great location and setup!

Great time in PC/Canyons

Had a blast staying at Sundial in Canyons. Unit had everything we needed, the ski valet was terrific, and you can't beat the proximity the slopes (unless you get one of those ridiculous on-mountain homes...). Might not recommend this for 3+ adults sleeping in separate rooms, as the bunk room is really for kids, but that was clear to us prior to booking. All in all a phenomenal trip, and Guy is super easy to communicate with. Would stay again, especially with wife and son.

Fantastic stay!

Our family could not have enjoyed this property more. You are on the top floor, with magical views and incredible access to the canyons slopes and the village. Three bedrooms/three baths offered us comfort and quiet and the kitchen was well appointed with cooking supplies and beautiful stoneware. The canyons shuttle to the free park city bus is easy and parking was ideal. We can’t wait to come back again and appreciate the host and the staff’s communication and friendliness. Highly recommend.

Great location

This was the first time I've used home away and was s little nervous but there was no need to be. Great communication before and during our stay. Everything wsa as it looked online. The location of this condo is awesome! Right at the base near red pine gondola. Very easy to walk over in the morning to start your ski day. There are rental shops and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this condo for a great ski trip!

A fabulous place for a family at the Canyons Park City

The Sundial lodge is right on the Canyons base area plaza, a short walk to lifts and the small village's amenities. The location is just unbeatable. From the window of this unit, you can look out at the mountain and the entire base area plaza! This condo was comfortable, and in good condition, with modern fixtures and appliances, and just a bit of wear-and-tear. The living-room area is medium-sized, not huge, but large enough so that a family of six is not running into each other. It has 3 bathrooms - what a plus! The loft bedroom is a bit tight with bunk-beds, ok for kids. The property manager was very responsive and pleasant to work with. I would definitely come back and stay here again next year. Small things that most people don't mention: The thermostat worked really well! Often you can be cold or overheated in these units, but we were able to dial it in quickly. Also, the ski-valet on the ground floor was excellent - no need to walk in ski-boots or carry gear around, and they were really responsive, and dried & warmed our ski boots overnight.

Fell in love with Park City!

We had a few hiccups at first but Guy was very helpful and got everything ready. Loved the condo and it was perfect for our stay. Definitely will be back!
