Perfect location in the mountains between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg allows easy commute just minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and much more. Take in the views from the wrap around porch, hot tub or gather around the fire pit. This one bedroom one bathroom sleeps 4 with a king bed downstairs and a queen bed in the loft. Fast wifi with small desk and smart TVs included.

The cabin was not as clean as the listing shows. The fireplace did not work. The outdoor fire table did not work. The kitchen sink had a leak and there was black mold under the sink. The rug in front of the sink was sopping wet. The freezer was overflowing with ice. There were cob webs everywhere. We had the cabin for 3 nights and only stayed two. There was trash scattered in the front yard. I wish we would've picked a different place. We spent very little time at the cabin. Beware of this post as it does not portray the property well. I am going to be nicer than I should and not post photos of the disgusting mold infested areas of this cabin. It is a shame there isn't more care put into it.

Horrible! Lots of broken appliances and smelled!

Honestly, we should have bailed after the first 30 minutes. The owner informed us last minute that the previous guests broke the dryer. Not a big deal. Walked in the cabin and there was a mildew smell. Then we noticed the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. We informed the owner and he waived the cleaning fee. We ran the dishwasher, but it was broken. Then we discovered the ice maker was broken and we couldn’t get the TV or fireplace to work. The owner was responsive and sent ice (although it melted on the front porch because we didn’t know it was delivered), batteries (swore the remote for the tv was just dead) and water. He kept telling us the tv and fireplace worked, we just weren’t doing it right. We put new batteries in the remote. Still nothing. He told us the cleaning person would be there between 10-11 am to look at it. Never showed, so we left and I messaged the owner (really didn’t want to sit around waiting longer than we already had). They did show later when we were out, but nope neither worked. That’s when he agreed to give us ONE free night. I have a hard time believing these recent 10/10 ratings. It was run down and smelled! I spent more time on vacation messaging him, it was infuriating. He acted shocked that things were not working and never even addressed the smell. Had to message multiple times after about the refund. I reached out to VRBO, and then it was done. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Memorial Weekend get away

We are happy with our choice to rent this property during Memorial weekend. It was very last minute so we were extremely grateful to get this reservation. Garrett was very easy to communicate with. He answered our questions before and during our stay. We really enjoyed the cabin feel, hot tub, and convenient location to zip lining, national park, and downtown Gatlinburg.

Not the cabin you dream about

Old w/out quality updating. Quirks that LL did not inform of. Hot tub inaccessible- no steps. Fire pit w/out propane. MBR small/crowded.

Cozy cabin off the beaten path

My husband and I booked this cabin for a last minute two night stay. The cabin is very cozy, inviting, clean and comfortable. It met our needs and we enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. Unfortunately, the dishwasher, fire place and dryer were non-functional and we could not get more than luke warm water in the shower. As these were just minor inconveniences for such a short stay, we chose to let the owner know after we left rather than have someone try to fix the items while we were trying to enjoy our short stay. I would hope they will be addressed before the next occupants. Had it not been for so many failures, I would have given this property more stars.

Lovely little cabin

We loved staying in this cozy cabin! My kids (6 and 4) stayed up in the loft and loved the view as they swam in the hot tub! It was ready when we got there and so was a bundle of wood for a fire! We had smores on our last night and we're thankful for our short drive to Gatlinburg, as we were tired from our long journey north. Will definitely be returning!

Comfortable cabin

We loved the cabins, the only complaints we had were the front porch & one back porch light was burned out…we replaced them. Also empty fire pit tank that was unusable. Hot tub was not as clean as it should be. Otherwise we loved it.

BETTER than the photos! Great Cabin Feel!

Garrett was very communicative and hospitable throughout our stay. We loved the cabin feel throughout and the peace and quiet you get in that location. Hot tub worked great! Bed were super comfortable. Also loved the gas fireplace.

Family vacation

This was a great experience for me and my family. Garret kept in communication making sure everything was going ok and even brought us fire wood and s’mores supplies. We would definitely recommend this tour family and friends and will definitely try to stay here again when we return to town.

Not worth it

I hate to criticize someone trying to run a business but with the rate, fees, and taxes it’s absurdly overpriced. We start our getaway with an e-mail 45 mins before check in time telling us the fireplace is not working and part of the stove top. I find it hard to believe that just happened and there was no way to try and fix it. We tried to put it aside and enjoy our time but every time I tried some feature it was clear that the cheapest option was used or someone truly didn’t care. For example - there is a window in the bathroom that is outlined by black mold and moldy wet spots on the ceiling. The couch was different from the pictures and is a cheap sectional that shifts with the slightest movement. There was animal droppings in the lightbulb above the bed in the master bedroom and on top of it all the one smoke alarm was removed. The pots and pans provided were old, cheap, and uneven so you can barely cook. I took pictures to document it all and would advise against booking here for $400+ a night. I did not reach out to the owner/manager because I didn’t want some stranger doing what they should have done prior to my arrival and we tried to enjoy the stay until I noticed some of the more unsafe conditions on our last day. We didn’t bother using the fire pit (no smoke alarm) or the jacuzzi cuz we had not faith in how they were treated. Also, there is a non-functioning water feature in the front that just serves as a drinking hole for bears.

Gatlinburg Trip for our Anniversary

We had an awesome stay at this property, it's tucked away and even though there are other cabins pretty close you still have privacy. Your about 10 minutes from Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. The owner was awesome and kept in touch making sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful views from the property. Thank you!

Great Cabin Stay between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge

This cabin offered great fall foliage views, space and convenience. The owner was in contact, just to be sure all was well. Huge king size bed, cozy furniture and deck space. Will plan to stay again. Thank you!

Close to Gatlinburg

Really nice cabin. It was just two of us, so it was perfect. Easy to get to. Just outside of Gatlinburg. Steep and windy road to get to, however, it’s not far up to it. Had a few little issues, but the owner was Very quick to respond and offered to have someone come up to fix our issues. They weren’t a big deal for us, so we didn’t need anyone to come immediately. Overall, it is a nice cabin and a great owner to deal with. I gave an overall 4 star rating only because we had a few small issues, but as I stated above the owner was extremely cooperative to assist us with whatever was needed.

Great location, needs better housekeeping

The cabin was located in a great location to get to everything in a decent amount of time. However, the bear safe bins outside were full of trash on arrival (making it difficult for us to dispose of our trash properly). There was scattered trash in the yard, dust bunnies everywhere, stains on all furniture (no problem, we thought we could flip cushions) but found more stains, dust bunnies and crumbs on other side, microwave was dirty, patio chair was thrown over the porch rail, scattered beer cans and trash in back yard, huge crack on glass stove top, immediately told the owner and they responded and refunded 10% of stay quickly. Great location, very friendly owner, but I suggested updating broken stove and hiring new house cleaners. Needs a DEEP clean badly.
