This home is in a terrific location for shopping. Fabulous grocery store very close and central to many other shopping needs. This house feels like home. The kitchen is well stocked with all cooking needs. All appliances work well. The owner has upgraded many aspects of this home. The home would be family friendly. The balcony overlooking the lake is wonderful. The communication with the host was excellent. We had a glitch with the TV and he responded immediately and got the issue resolved very quickly. There are now room darkening shades in the master bedroom. The only drawback to this home is that due to proximity to the airport the is a lot of noise from the jets. But we really enjoyed our month long stay.

Exactly what we wanted!

I booked this house for my family for the weekend as we had a wedding. It was exactly what we were looking for. Loved the view of the lake in the backyard and the quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and organized. Great place to stay if you’re in Warwick!

Warwick Pond

The property owner was accomodating to our needs and returned all communication quickly. I would definitely rent from him on future trips to RI. The lake setting was ideal for rest and relaxation at the beginning and end of several busy days. Matt Chambers

Nice waterfront home

This was a great location, very relaxing views, clean home, comfortable beds, & perfect size for our family. However, there was a limited amount of towels & the living room furniture was not so comfy to sit in. I would still recommend this location, very convenient to airport and other places around the state.

Hard to sleep

This place was convenient for our stay near friends in the area. However, the beds were not comfortable and I would suggest blackout curtains. Sunrise comes in hard, and the proximity to the airport was loud.

Perfect waterfront home in quiet neighborhood

The place is lovely, with views of a pond from most of the house. It was impeccably clean, with strong AC (critical since we visited during the heatwave), a full kitchen and comfortable beds. The owner was very responsive and did his best to accommodate my requests . I recommend staying here!

The property is in great shape and has everything you need. Wonderful location. The property owner was very responsive to our few inquiries. The location on Warwick Pond provided great views of ducks, geese and tons of birds. Highly recommend..

Beautiful lake-side stay

We had a lovely stay here! Vijoy answered all our questions even when we he had actually already sent us the information we were looking for far in advance. The house was quite nice and the view was amazing! The only hiccup is that we could not find any towels anywhere - if you book this location, be sure to bring your own :)

Wonderful location

We had a great stay. The house was just what we needed size-wise and the lake location was beautiful. The only recommendation would be adding a few more linens because with four adults and an infant for five nights without laundry facilities it was sparse on towels. Could use some mixing bowls as well. But overall it was a good experience.
