Enter this beautiful suite through a private entrance. Enjoy the incredible view ,from your own private deck. The deck has a gate to keep your four legged friend safe. There is a pet fee of $35 per stay with an additional $25 per week, over the first week. There is a $40 room cleaning fee charged when you book with an additional $30 per extra weeks. A welcome home-baked treat awaits your arrival! Your suite is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. the fridge will have water and fruit. Slip into the comfy robes provided to you to relax on the deck watching boats and wildlife or to make your way down to the private hot tub. Enjoy some relaxing time watching the 54" TV. The TV boosts lots of channels including Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. When you are ready for a hot shower, I provide complimentary samples of a homemade soap, body butter and scrub! There are beaches, entertainment and delicious restaurants , just minutes away. I pride myself on making sure you love your stay andI have been a premier host since 2015. I always keep you updated on all the events and goings on in the "Fun size State"!

This property was absolutely stunning and the host was amazing! We stayed for our 20th anniversary and she welcomed us with fresh baked peanut butter banana bread and a dish of fresh fruit, along with samples of her homemade soap, body scrub, and lotion. We can’t wait to come back!

Very cute, cozy, hot tub right downstairs :) Had beautiful handmade bath products, and homegrown veggie treats :) Great walkable neighborhood for parks, restaurants, etc. Host very responsive to our queries, timely info on check-in,etc.

The room was clean and fully stocked with essentials like towels, robes, coffee, and even a homemade treat :) The hot tub was simple to use and a delightful addition to the stay. Great view off the deck.

Overall it was good! She puts effort into making the room cute and cozy. Be aware it is a very small room and space was limited to store and prepare food. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice to walk around in, close to a cute coffee shop and a beautiful park! The hot tub wasn’t very hot so I didn’t use it. The room got quite hot but when I asked her to turn on the A/C (it was locked so she had to unlock it) she turned it on for me. Since this is an attached room to her home, I could hear her and her dog at times but overall very quiet.

Photos accurately portray the property- peaceful and right off the harbor, room clean and quaint with everything you need. Host has lots of personal touches which make it really nice. Very easy to communicate with!

Cindy is a very responsive & helpful hostess. She has tried to think of everything to make your stay comfortable. So nice to sit on the 2nd story deck & look at the boats on the water. Close to many restaurants, marinas, nice parks, lighthouse views. Near Aldrich Mansion & the lovely surrounding neighborhood. Hot tub is a fun bonus.

I stayed here with my boyfriend and pup for a local wedding. I cannot gush about this place enough. First of all, it's just adorable. Very coastal/nautical themed. Very bright and clean. The host was amazing. She left us fruit and homemade zucchini bread, which was delicious. She also had a binder full of places to go and things to do in the area. The space is basically an upstairs apartment, but we didnt hear from the owner at all - except when she offered to drive us to the wedding because we were planning to walk! As others have mentioned, she makes her own soaps and body sprays. It was so sweet to have some samples for us to try. If we are ever back in the area, I will 100% stay again.

This is the cutest and most quaint room!! Cindy does such an amazing job of making sure that her guests are well taken care of and she provided us with everything that we needed and more. We had such an amazing time and this is the perfect get away from home! 10/10 recommend!!

Nice little place. The host is very gracious and friendly. Everything was clean and neat. The only two cautions I’ll explain aren’t show stoppers. There is a microwave and k cup coffeemaker and small frig. No kitchen, only a vanity in the bathroom. There’s three sets of stairs ( two landings ). I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with mobility issues.

Mixed experience – pretty view, but several drawbacksWe recently stayed in this unit and had a mixed experience. While the space is private and has its own entrance, and the location is peaceful with a nice view of Warwick Neck Cove, there were several aspects that made the stay less comfortable than expected.The listing mention a kitchen in the space but it really a kitchenette which is quite limited—just a Keurig and microwave with no sink or running water, only a plastic basin that’s difficult to fill or use. The bathroom is basic with a fixed shower head and no flexibility at the sink. Temperature control was also a concern, as guests don’t have access to the thermostat and must rely on the host to adjust it.The unit is extremely cluttered with decorative items on nearly every surface. We had to move many things just to make room for our own belongings. Though there are two closets, only one is available for guests, and it’s stuffed with bedding, leaving little usable storage space.We had communicated ahead of time that we’d be bringing our dog (the listing is pet-friendly), but the host brought it up several times as if she hadn’t known. It made us feel a bit uncomfortable, despite following the stated policy.Overall, the space has potential and some charm, but we were expecting a more self-contained and streamlined rental experience. It felt more like a guest suite (Air B&B) in someone’s home than a private vacation rental (VRBO).

A perfect slice of Warwick. Beautifully decorated room with many books about Warwick. Close to everything. Great views and amazing hostess!! We arrived to find a loaf of cinnamon apple bread, plate of fresh fruit and tomatoes fresh from the garden. An array of homemade soap, body scrub, body butter and room/body spray are available for your use during stay and also to purchase when going home. The hot tub is very relaxing and convenient to use. We loved our stay and highly recommend our Hostess Cindy!
