30 min desde el aeropuerto - primer piso final unidad. Verano renovado 2017 - baldosas nuevas, baños, tocadores, pintura, muebles, ventiladores de techo. Unidad significativamente mejorada.

Aislada frente de playa: Situado en el extremo sur de Fort Myers Beach, justo al lado de amantes de la clave con vistas al Golfo de México. Es difícil conseguir más cerca del agua que esto. Completa con dos dormitorios, uno y medio baños, duerme 4.

Condo Complejo Privado: Ofreciendo todas las comodidades y características de los complejos de apartamentos más grandes de la isla, pero sin las multitudes. Un vestíbulo de sillas garantizado, lugar de estacionamiento escriturado, piscina climatizada en el suelo, frente a la playa y sala de estar. We had a great experience. Beach was a small walk to get to but view was beautiful and very peaceful. Close distance to other beaches and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool.Management was quick to respond to any concerns and very polite and pleasant.

Loved the covered parking and the ease of access to the unit. Everything was very clean, and while there was some minor maintenance happening during our stay, it mostly took place during times of the day that created very little disturbance to our coming and going. The beach was lovely, and navigating Ft. Myers Beach was quite easy. The only negative would be the distance to the water. Will definitely keep this location in mind for future travel!!!!

This place is ultra clean and functional. There are higher kitchen appliances, a community grill and flattop that was clean and fueled up. We cooked two decent meals for four while there without a problem. The view of the beach is everything. It can be seen from the balcony and through two sliding glass doors one in the living room and one in the bedroom. If you really like the people you are with, four on the balcony is fine. It’s a great place for a cup of coffee in the morning. The water is maybe a little more than a football field away. That’s all sand. Not at all an unpleasant hike, just know. I would absolutely come back here over and over.

great sunrises and sunsets

this location was ideal for us because it was quiet and secluded but just a short dive to the great restaurants. the south-facing view provided amazing views of sunrises AND sunsets. shells, shells, and more shells! we also enjoyed watching the boats in and out of the bay. it was a bit of a haul through the sand to the water, but gorgeous once there! could barely hear the waves crashing from the patio. overall a great place!

Thanks holly. Appreciate your thoughts. Folks wonder why it wasn’t built 10 feet from the water since there is only sand in between. To be sure 20 years ago the water was 10 steps from the door. Shifting tidal sands make the waters edge 300 steps today. Glad you enjoyed the stay. though.

Beautiful condo, perfect location

I booked a spontaneous trip with my mom to celebrate my birthday and came across this condo. It's in a very nice location and close to many restaurants. We ended up renting the cabanas from Barbie on the beach. She let us know where to look for dolphins, stingrays, told us about good restaurants and much more. I got a video of a dolphin right on the shore! Al and Lisa found out it was my birthday and called me and sang happy birthday to me! They made sure we had everything we needed and were super nice! We are already looking into booking our next trip back in July! You won't be disappointed with this condo. The beach and pool were never packed and there are so many cool seashells!

Relaxing, Enjoyable & Refreshing

We had a great experience with this ideal get away location. The owner, Ray Ruddy, was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. His property managers Alan & Lisa did a great also! Any time a needed something I could text them and within a very short period of time they provided the answers and assistance I needed. The place was right on the beach which was awesome and just over the bridge to Lovers Key. When we got to the apartment there was bottle of complimentary wine, bottled water and coffee. I have stayed many places and while a small token of appreciation that went a long way. The residence was in good working order and was properly stocked with needed materials and supplies. My wife and two kids had a blast and I would recommend this property to others.

Great location,quiet end of the island. Beautiful balcony view.

I wish every owner of a condo would spend a few days at their place and be objective about its comfort/appeal. You can’t always rely on just a great view. While the unit had some updated aspects which were very nice, and I know the owner has a great deal of pride in his place, there were several issues that we found to be negative. The first being both beds were so uncomfortable my husband had to sleep on the floor. I managed to avoid the sinking area of the mattress in the master. The guest room was worse. This was not just a less firm mattress, but maybe twenty years old and just done. Invest in sleep number and everyone can adjust to his liking. I also thought the kitchen cabinets inside and out needed deep clean. They looked pretty gritty. The bath and kitchen linens also need replacement. The tub stopper was not working so I couldn’t take a bath like I do often. I always say it’s the little things that make anything stand apart from the rest. The unit was clean and the management company very nice and considerate of our schedule.

Thank you for your thoughtful comments. I will be there myself for a full week, 26 days from today, but who is counting? We certainly do try to manage the little things & hoping you enjoyed the complementary wine and new beach chairs. We bought all new linens just at the end of last season, but were told to buy less expensive linens since they were so plush they clogged the drier. Please be sure, the mattresses are exactly 1 year old. I bought the condo 2 years ago and replaced everything last year when I renovated the entire place. If new mattresses need to be repurchased, I certainly will - this was my first complaint on that topic. If any guest has a request like a lost bath tub stopper, the caretakers would have definitely run out and delivered it to you. I truly am sorry you didn't enjoy the accommodations.

This property is everything we wanted and more. We flew in to Fort Myers with no ‘beach accessories’ (chairs, towels, etc). No worries. You’re covered. The condo is very clean. The beach is literally outside the doorstep. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet place to stay in Fort Myers Beach, this is the spot! My finicky 16 year old son gave it 2 thumbs up! Truly, if I head back to Fort Myers, I’m first checking to see if this property is available.

Spent 7 days here in July 2026 and couldn’t be happier with how it all went. First time booking through VRBO and the listing was clear and accurate, no surprises at all upon arriving. Communication was great and a few above-and-beyond requests on my end were met with openness and accommodated without issue.Condo was beautifully maintained and was way more updated than other places I’ve rented. Location was peaceful and the views and beach were stunning.Pool was great and always clean/maintained.Highly recommended!

Great condo terrible location

The condo was as the owner said beautiful. The pics of beach area were deceiving. It had not been maintained and was unusable. We were only there for a few hours. Ended up going to Point Estero Condos. Did not get any compensation from the owner. As our visit was the week before hurricane Ian I pray that this property was not damaged too severely. I also pray for the property manager, Anna & her family that they are all doing well. She was very sweet to work with.

Quiet Fall getaway

The unit was super and had everything we needed for a relaxing week. It’s a long walk to the beach but it’s natural and secluded. September is very quiet on the island and everything was easy to do - Lover’s Key, Bonita Beach, Captiva, and all the bars/restaurants had no waiting. The property manager was very responsive and helpful (or would have been if we had needed anything!) Thank you!

Turning 50 in FL

Property and surrounding area were beautiful! View of the ocean from the condo was breathtaking!! Great location and easy to get to Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers etc from here. Pool is small but not a big deal since we were off at the beach or doing other activities. Restaurants at the north end of island are fantastic and within waking distance from each other. Lots of on the water options for seating too! Beds were comfortable, newly updated bathrooms were functional and gorgeous!! Condo has everything you need other than groceries. Owner and caretaker responsive within minutes!!! A definite plan to come back here again!!

Just right

Our priority was quiet beach and comfort, this condo provided both. We loved the south end of ft myers beach and the beautiful views and access from this condo. Everything else was just right! I highly recommend.

Rooms with a View- Most Incredible View

We enjoyed our time here tremendously. Super quiet, relaxing place and the beachfront is incredible! It’s a walk from condo to water but well worth it. The hosts were accessible at all times and helpful. Place was very neat and has all amenities. Clean, however, needs a good spring cleaning. Also, one of the closets in a bedroom was not accessible and front door sticks at times. Other than these few things this is an awesome place. Truly, a little bit of heaven and our weather was excellent!!

Spring break stay

This was a great place for our first vacation travels after COVID! Pool was perfect after a hot day on the beach and we really appreciated the quietness of the condo. Thank you guys for checking in on us and letting us stay ! We had a blast!
