Here it is, six bedrooms, three full and one half bath, approximately 4,100 sq. ft. This home is just two miles to Loon Mountain, located in the prestigious Forest Ridge at Loon Mountain. Shuttle to Loon right from the driveway. Built for family, friends and entertaining. On a private 1/2 acre nestled in the woods in a private community. House has plenty to offer: fire pit, hot tub, outside shower, finished basement with pool table, darts, fire place, etc. Access to Forest Ridge indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room and tennis courts.

The perfection house for a large family getaway!

My family and I were super happy with the accommodations of this beautiful house! The layout was fantastic for a large amount of people, with plenty of space for everyone. The home was clean, well stocked and very nicely maintained. We would all recommend very highly. Thank you for a beautiful weekend!

Amazing Home

This house had everything we needed for a family weekend. There was plenty of private space for nine of us, but also enough room in the gathering spaces to enjoy spending time as a family. We had an activity packed weekend and appreciated the convenience of being so close to the attractions while also having a private home to return to. Would absolutely stay again.

Great, roomy house and great location to Loon!

Try to please a group comprised of 11 women…this place succeeded! Plenty of room to spread out, well stocked kitchen. Clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend this home! 5 minutes tops to get to Loon base lodge. All women were very happy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Family vacation

It was so nice, plenty of space to roam around. It rained most of time so having game areas and pool table was awesome. Unfortunately hot tub was not working. Nice back deck and fire pit we were able to use one night.

Family Getaway

Second year in a row going to gather our daughters and their families. Had a great time and so much room to spread out. Loved the new air conditioner in LR. I think it would be best if fridge was completely empty when we got there and cabinets not full of food.

Amazing home in Lincoln

My family and I stayed at this amazing house for a long weekend. The house was beautiful and spacious enough for three families and young children. At the house we enjoyed the pool table, fire pit, hot tub, and then the indoor pool at the Sports Center. We also enjoyed hiking at Lincoln Woods, Sabbaday Falls, the Basin at Franconia Notch. We look forward to coming back!

Great house for multiple families and great proximity to Loon Mtn

We really enjoyed our stay at the 39 Forest Drive compound. The size and set up of the house was perfect for our group of 3 families (6 adults and 8 kids ranging from 2-7 years old). The kids loved the bunk beds in the basement and the adults loved hanging on the main floor which has a large dining room table and two separate large sitting areas. Although we really enjoyed being at the house, it was even more special being so close to Loon Mountain (a 3 minute ride to the base of both peaks)! This place has it all…I fully recommend booking here.

Family vacation

We chose this house because we needed six bedrooms for our 4 daughters and their families. It accommodated everyone so was great! Would love to rent again but with no air conditioning it could be very hot. Luckily we only had first day of heat and humidity!

Family Vacation 2024

We were a multi generational family all gathering for a long weekend together. House is very well laid out with living spaces for all. The dining room table was a big hit!! Lots of late night games played there. One piece of advice for owners would be more bath and hand towels would have been helpful, 16 people but only 10 towels. We hope to return in 2025!

Beautiful house

We booked this house for our annual Friendsgiving weekend for our group of six families and it was perfect! The house is beautiful with plenty of very comfortable beds and nice clean bathrooms. The large kitchen and big dining room table made cooking and serving our Friendsgiving dinner a breeze. The adults loves playing games and puzzling in the sunroom while the kids had a blast in the basement game room. And of course everyone loved the hot tub. Finally the location couldn’t be better. I’d recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Lincoln, NH.

Spacious home for wedding celebration

This house perfectly accommodated my family to celebrate our daughters wedding. There was plenty of room for the bride and her 8 bridesmaids to get ready with hairstylist and makeup artists. The backyard was beautiful and we took advantage of both jacuzzi and fire pit. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one could need. We loved the game room downstairs for late night billiard playing. The house is very modern and so clean. Short distance to Loon Mt, One Love Brewery and Woodstock too. Would totally recommend for multiple families as their are so many beds.

Beautiful and spacious house.

The house was beautiful and spacious. There were 14 of us, but it did not feel cramped at all. The dinner table was huge, so it fits all of us. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the layout was great. The hot tub was much appreciated after a day of snowboarding. Something that needs more work. There were 14 of us, but there was only 1 extra roll of toilet paper in 1 of the bathroom. With us staying there for 4 days, it wasn’t enough so we had to buy toilet paper. The hair dryer was missing, so we weren’t able to dry our hair. Some of the bedroom pillowcases/sheets are not too clean. There’s an odor on it, so we had to swap it out with some other pillow from the other bedrooms. Overall, our family had a great stay there.
