This 1,500-square-foot beach home has three spacious and beautifully-decorated bedrooms, each with a Smart TV so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows or movies from the comfort and privacy of their rooms.

The primary bedroom contains a plush king-sized bed, a large closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and spacious double vanity for ultimate privacy.

Make your way into the second bedroom, where you’ll find a comfortable queen-sized bed. Finally, the third bedroom has two bunk beds to accommodate the little ones or young adults of your group. If that’s not enough space, you’ll also find a sofa bed in the living area for any additional guests.

The second full bathroom has a shower and tub combination so you can choose how you want to wash up after a long day outside. Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, Eco Botanics conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer, so you don’t have to worry about packing your own.

The stylish kitchen is the perfect place to whip up delicious meals for the whole family. You’ll love the open-concept layout, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances that make it easy for the chef of your group to cook up all your favorite dishes. In the morning, grab a hot cup of coffee from the coffee machine and enjoy it at the counter, which has seating for five guests.

The lovely kitchen opens up onto the contemporary dining area. Take a seat and enjoy a hearty breakfast while the morning sunlight floods through the large windows.

The bright, airy lounge is a great place to relax and cool off after a day in the sun. Sit back on one of the two comfortable sofas and turn on the wifi-equipped flat-screen TV. If you’re not in the mood to watch TV, look out the window and take in the stunning views! You’ll love the modern coastal theme in this home, making it easy to embrace the beach lifestyle.

This space is ideally located close to the beautiful beach. After just a 3-minute walk, you can wiggle your toes in the white sand or go for a swim in the emerald waters. This is the best place to take advantage of the amazing Orange Beach coastline. You’ll also be in close proximity to some great restaurants and shops during your stay! On rainy days, take your kids to the famous Orange Beach indoor water park after shopping at the Wharf.

Guest Access:

You can enjoy access to the entire house, including the private pool, balcony, full kitchen, four Smart TVs, high-speed wifi, private beach access, washer and dryer, and free parking for three vehicles! Self-check-in is a breeze using the Smart lock.

For larger parties, we also have a sister property right next door. Please get in touch and let us know your needs and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. There is free parking available for three vehicles in the driveway and free street parking nearby.

Other things to note:

We respectfully remind you that our home is not a hotel. If any problems do arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but please note that there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Beach Access:
We recommend that guests use the crosswalk on Perdido Beach Blvd to access the beach across the street. This is the safest way across and is located approximately 300 feet east of the unit.

Location:
Our beach retreat is located right on the main strip of Orange Beach, Perdido Beach Blvd, so you’ll benefit from access to the beach and some amazing restaurants and bars, all year round. Please note that Perdido Beach Blvd can get extremely busy, especially during the holidays and peak season.

Pool:
Our pool team services the pool regularly. We do our best to avoid interruptions to your vacation time, but if our friendly maintenance team arrives, please do allow them to quickly service the pool. They’ll be on their way again before you know it!

Pets:
Please note that we have a strict no-pets policy.

Security Camera:
Please note that we have an exterior security camera that monitors access to the front door. The camera is monitored and recorded 24/7 so that we can verify compliance with our rental policies. Rest assured that there are no cameras indoors, nor do any of the cameras have views of the interior of the house.
