No hay mejor lugar para alojarse para usted y su familia que Phoenix X. Hay muchas actividades que incluyen una sala de pesas, cancha de racquetball, sauna, piscina cubierta, jacuzzis, canchas de tenis y piscina al aire libre. Incluso hay una bonita zona de cenador para relajarse mientras haces una barbacoa.



Esta es una unidad Premium. Venga a relajarse en el amplio balcón del octavo piso con impresionantes vistas del golfo o duerma en la gran cama king en el dormitorio principal con acceso al balcón y encimera de mármol en el baño principal. Una reina en el segundo dormitorio y 2 camas de matrimonio en el tercer dormitorio. Esta unidad se ha actualizado para incluir muebles nuevos y gabinetes nuevos. Placa para salpicaduras de azulejos, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito en la fabulosa cocina. Traveled here with my wife, friend and daughter for a beach weekend. Location was awesome - just a walk next door to Flora-Bama! Also quick drive to nice restaurants. View of the beach from the unit was great!

We have stayed at Phoenix 10 for several years, this was my 3 rd time his year with family and different friends. We love the b avg, the people working on the property and every resident we have stayed in until now . The dishes were dirty, the shower curtains was moldy, I went to Walmart and bought sheets for my he master bedroom they were awful. They he washing machine was awful! Also dust bunnies everywhere. We took pictures if you need to hem, the coffee pot still had coffee filter with grounds in it filthy. Very disappointed in our rooom!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was VERY impressed with the property, allowing us to switch our dates due to an unforeseen emergency in our state.However, upon arrival, we attempted to put items in the fridge, and there was such a strong smell of fish that we almost cannot open the refrigerator.We also had to clean the property ourselves, finding what looked to be dog feces under the table. Also, the master bathroom tub did not drain

The view was amazing and check in was super easy. The rooms were as expected, my kids shared the room with two beds and it was very spacious for them. We liked being able to walk places. Since it was a winter trip, the heated pool, hot tub and racketball were great for us!

I was impressed. The parking could be a little bit better for taller vehicles. I had a van that was too tall for the parking area. The only place I could park was taken most of the time by cars that could fit on the parking garbage. We had to park in 14 min parking. Other than that it was good. Walking distance from moat of the stuff we wanted to do.

Unit is very dated, unit needs a lot of freshening up. Sofa and chairs looked dirty and need cleaning. Housekeeping did a terrible job cleaning the unit.Took pictures of pans that had not been washed, one shower did not have a shower liner, mildew around yup faucet, coffee table had some ugly looking stuff around the glass top, behind kitchen sink scum had accumulated,When you walked in, we felt very disappointed,The unit is functional and the AC worked very well.It’s just a unit that needs to cleaned up and some new chairs and sofa.I do not take any pleasure in criticizing an ownerd property because I’m sure the cost of his unit was a major investment, but it really needs some TLC

This was our annual girls trip and it was perfect. Condo is very nice and roomy. Beautiful views that make morning coffee more enjoyable. Will be back.

Great location right on beach. Large pool which we enjoyed. Only issue we ran into was minimal toilet paper left for guests to use in property & the freezer drawer bottom was gone so the ice spilled onto floor everytime freezer was opened. Host was very helpful and communicated well.

Vacation

Location was great, room was spacious. Shower curtain liner had mold on it, toilet would not flush, we had to manually flush it, stove worked but took a long time to heat up, some dishes were put away dirty, and there was no dumbbells in gym.

Orange Beach never disappoints

First time staying at Phoenix X. Have stayed previously with Phoenix VI and had a great time. Properties were almost identical including all of the amenities and access to the beach. Unit itself was fine. Could use a bit of updating/cleaning of the couches, rugs etc. but that did not negatively affect our stay. Cannot beat the location and the access to the beach. Views are amazing and it's close to everything Orange beach has to offer.

I have been staying at various Phoenix rentals over the past 15 years. This particular rental was less impressive than most of my previous stays. The balcony furniture is rusted and needs updating. There were 2 coffee pots - one of which did not work at all and the other’s pot was literally cracked and broken but put away in cabinet. The freezer drawer was missing so when you open the freezer the ice from the ice maker would fall onto the floor. Otherwise sleeping arrangements were nice and the condo was very roomy.

Great location, housekeeping lacking

I attempted to message the host several times before our trip and did not receive any replies. Pan in the cabinet had awful looking dried eggs on it, animal white hair on the patio and the nasty rug which needs to be removed. Master shower curtain was not clean and had issues with the cable service and as per owner directions had to call the provider myself, which was very odd. Best thing about condo is the location.

Ac filter was nearly black with dust. Old food on floor in pantry entire kitchen dining and living floor sticky. Old skippy cup found under bed. Stains all over the cushions on sofa and it smelled stinky. Bathroom vent leaking water. Mold on inside of shower curtain. Pots dirty. Dust caked on ceiling fan

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We live in GA and met friends from Texas in Orange Beach. We loved our stay at this condo! It had everything we needed and more! It was spacious and well decorated! The bedroom with 2 full beds was perfect for 2 kids with us. They thought it was cool having their own beds! The balcony had a picture perfect view of the ocean and beach. We enjoyed seeing the beautiful view from inside the condo, too! Getting out to the beach was easy. On a rainy day, we used the indoor pool and kept the fun going! We ate in several nights using the grills provided on property by large outdoor pool. In the condo gym, we used the treadmills and weights while looking out at the beach and ocean!

Pictures must be a little dated as as some Of the furniture is different. It was decent clean, I was afraid from other reviews here, but it was decent. We did find previous tenants items under beds. Couch is very uncomfortable. The master toilet doesn’t flush every time and seemed to just run on its own periodically….all night. Pillows in the master bedroom were as thick as pancakes. So flat and a little yuck. Kitchen was missing pot holders, dish rags, we were not given a starter of dish liquid, missing measuring cups and measuring spoons. They were pretty stingy on bath towels we received a total of 6. Great location and we had plenty of room for our 6 who stayed. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would like to first say that the representative from Phoenix Rentals was quick to respond and offer assistance. After speaking with this representative, I do believe that Phoenix rental associates are concerned about guest satisfaction. Moving forward I am hopeful that these issues will be rectified. Now to summarize my experience, I can say with confidence that cleanliness and deep cleaning processes and procedures did not seem to be top priority for this specific rental. I had to buy cleaning products to clean the room and rewashed the linens myself at arrival. I also bought four new pillows because the ones in the unit were stained, and beyond what cleaning can do. I believe that training housekeeping staff properly on daily cleaning and deep cleaning processes and procedures is a must. Money also needs to be spent on refreshing linens and pillows periodically. The lesson learned here is that I should have looked at past reviews before booking this property. I would suggest to all who are thinking about renting this property to call Phoenix rentals and question them to make sure that these issues have been resolved. I am sure they will do their best for the guests moving forward.
