You will love this 4 rooms of 90m2 with high-end services! Fully renovated apartment, with terrace and parking, in the heart of Palm Beach, close to shops and Croisette.MAIN OUTCOMES - Standing location, in the heart of Palm Beach and close to shops (supermarket, bakery, butcher shop, fish shop, post office...) - Immediate proximity to the Croisette and the beaches of Mouré Rouge - Double glazing in all rooms - Private closed double box in basement - Reversible air conditioning in all rooms - Wifi connection High flow rate all you need is love and wifi - Spacious rooms HOUSING - A large living room with flat screen TV and dining table for four people, opening onto a terrace with dining table for six. - A large, semi-open kitchen with a Nespresso coffee maker (what else?) and also opening onto the terrace. - 3 rooms arranged as follows: A first en suite bedroom opening the terrace also, with queen size bed, double-vasque integrated into the space and separate shower room with toilet. You will also have a large closet and superb bedside lamps. Two other bedrooms with queen size bed, flat screen TV and large closets, sharing an adjoining shower room. - Separate toilets, but they live very well. ACCESS TO PROPERTY Access to the property in 30 minutes walk from the station, 20 minutes by bus or by private driver, which we can handle for you via our concierge service. Are you being transported? Parking is free on the street. AFFAIRS After a few steps on your avenue, Avenue des Hesperides, you can, to choose from and in less than a few minutes walk: - Join the beach of the Mouré Rouge to put your feet in the water where you sit on the terrace to sip a cocktail (beyond 3 minutes, you walked on your hands).- Go for a walk on Croisette and walk along the docks of Port Canto to admire the yachts (or smack your next purchase).- Take the sun on a bench in the garden of the Hesperides or convince the whole family to follow you for a part of petanque place of the pond. And in a few minutes by car you can also: - Flâner sur la Croisette on the city center side for a ride to Carrousel or a remote-controlled boat race- Go and empty your bank account in the street of Antibes- Do your fatid - but inevitable - selfie on the steps of the Palais des congrès (or more soberly go to work).- Take the train to an unknown destination (or not)- Be imaginative when walking around the city centre but only on odd sidewalks. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Free parking on the very street of the accommodation, with parking not even 1 minute walk.Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...)The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible). Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra. Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box. All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
