The first bedroom offers a queen size bed (180 cm), a large integrated dressing room and an office space, very useful for business trips.The second, with a king size bedding (180 cm) also offers storage.The last room is equipped with two single bunk beds. These three rooms allow you to access the terrace of the apartment. Two bathrooms complete the space:- Bathroom (bath, shower and toilet)- Additional shower room (Integrated WC) In short, this apartment offers you complete equipment as well as optimal comfort for 6 people, all facing the sea... ALENTS Ideally located, this apartment allows you to access in just two minutes walk to the port and the beach of Mouré Rouge. Guests can also enjoy a pétanque party or a simple walk to the place de l'étang, just a 7-minute walk away. After a few steps on your street, you can, within 5 minutes walk:- Join the Croisette- Go to Palm Beach to enjoy a beautiful view of the Croisette or access all the amenities (bouquetrie, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket...)- Choose from many (and very good) addresses for your dinners (Duplex, Mouré Rouge, L And in less than 7 minutes by car:- Join the Palais des Festivals- Go to the train station to discover the French Riviera by train- Climb to the Suquet to discover the historical district of Cannes, the Suquet des artistes or the old fort of the city- Go to the city centre and to the street of Antibes to shop And if you want to travel without a car, a shuttle bus is available 5 minutes' walk, to take you to the Palais des Festivals in a quarter of an hour or to the city centre in 10 minutes.
