Upon arrival, the living room combining modernity and Mediterranean colours welcomes you with all the necessary equipment:

This room gives access to a large terrace, equipped with an outdoor living room as well as sunbathing, to offer you moments of relaxation facing the sea.



The first bedroom offers a queen size bed (180 cm), a large integrated dressing room and an office space, very useful for business trips.

The second, with a king size bedding (180 cm) also offers storage.

The last room is equipped with two single bunk beds.



These three rooms allow you to access the terrace of the apartment.



Two bathrooms complete the space:

- Bathroom (bath, shower and toilet)

ALENTS



Ideally located, this apartment allows you to access in just two minutes walk to the port and the beach of Mouré Rouge. Guests can also enjoy a pétanque party or a simple walk to the place de l'étang, just a 7-minute walk away.



After a few steps on your street, you can, within 5 minutes walk:

- Join the Croisette

- Go to Palm Beach to enjoy a beautiful view of the Croisette or access all the amenities (bouquetrie, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket...)

- Choose from many (and very good) addresses for your dinners (Duplex, Mouré Rouge, L



And in less than 7 minutes by car:

- Join the Palais des Festivals

- Go to the train station to discover the French Riviera by train

- Climb to the Suquet to discover the historical district of Cannes, the Suquet des artistes or the old fort of the city

- Go to the city centre and to the street of Antibes to shop



And if you want to travel without a car, a shuttle bus is available 5 minutes' walk, to take you to the Palais des Festivals in a quarter of an hour or to the city centre in 10 minutes.

Parking is free in the surrounding streets.

Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.

Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).

Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.

Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.

Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.

All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
