The apartment is located in the garden of a beautiful bourgeois residence with guardian.



Start the visit with the entrance and closet, leading to a large bright living room with smart TV and direct access to the garden.



In the extension, a fully equipped open kitchen and dining room allow you to fully enjoy meals inside.



Here, find a first shower room with toilet.



On the night side, the apartment consists of two bedrooms:



- A master bedroom with a king size bed (180x200cm), its own bathroom with sanibroyeur toilet and direct access to the garden



- A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), an ensuite shower room with toilet and access to the garden also



All rooms have a large ceiling height. The rooms are equipped with hotel quality bedding, although not completely occult during the day due to the slightly open shutters.



The private garden offers a pleasant outdoor dining area, as well as access to the independent laundry.



The residence also has a tennis court (reservation at the reception), and a beautiful park with tables and benches where you will enjoy a sea view.

Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.

All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
