This raised ground garden apartment, located in the Palm Beach district, offers a nice balance between privacy and access to the beaches. A simple and pleasant parenthesis, where meals are enjoyed outside, dark naps and swimming at any time. This indoor dining area extends the life outwards, with opening to the garden and pool. The EST garden, with sea view, is accessible from the living room, with garden furniture, table and high chairs. On the night side, the corridor distributes three bedrooms: - One bedroom with queen size bed (160x200cm), closet, TV and direct access to the garden - A second bedroom, identical, this one with bathroom also including a shower and double sink - A third bedroom, at the back of the apartment, also with queen size bed and wardrobe - Additional shower room - An independent toilet. ACCESS TO PROPERTY From Nice airport: about 35 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.From Cannes station: about 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes by foot. Need a transfer? Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
