Beautiful Views and Semi Wheel Chair Accessable

All agreed, this stay was a success. The listing is as described on VRBO. The views are better. Safe,clean and spacious, this unit served our needs very well. Full kitchen with everything you will need for meal. Comfortable beds and big bathrooms. Tons of channels and apps to utilize for TV. Two coffee makers and I'm extremely thankful for that particular amenity. This space is big enough for a beach wheel chair and regular transport wheelchair. You can access the pool and grounds easily. You cannot access the beach easily. If your loved one is not able to walk, you will not be able to access the beach without carrying the chair and the individual downstairs. We were able to visit this beach because my parentsl can walk short distances. They do have parking areas and wheelchair accessible elevators. We recommend utilizing Beach Chair Mobility. They will deliver the chair and pick it up. Very convenient and the owner is very nice. The only thing about the unit itself that is frustrating is the lack of toiletries and kitchen cleaning supplies. Highly recommend you bring your own garbage bags, hand soap, paper towels,toilet paper, salt and pepper Overall we highly recommend this property and unit. We hope to stay again soon

Nice place. Super view. Great beach! The fobs were kind of a pain. Couldn’t get TO the beach without one ☹️ Owner or manager- A couple of Keurig coffee pods or starter of coffee. Salt n pepper. Just the simple essentials. I’ve stayed in NUMEROUS vacay rentals. These are SO appreciated upon arrival. We had a great time!

First family Florida trip

Beautiful, well kept beach and grounds. Unit was very nice. Was surprised there were no coffee filters, any salt and pepper or hand soap in bathrooms. Otherwise, we had all we needed for our very enjoyable vacation!

Amazing Family Trip

This property was beautiful, with an incredible location! Everyday we split time between the beach and the pool. The resort and management were top notch. We would definitely stay here again!

Destin Vacation

Gorgeous condo in a great location. Lots of noise on the balcony and beach from aircraft due to nearby airport and military base. Frustrated when trying to contact someone locally with questions, though. The booking company refused to give the phone number for the desk at the condo office. Also frustrating trying to reserve the beach chairs. The app and website do not give consistent instructions. I think they can improve communication if they try. But, now that I have figured out the process I would return. Fun trip.

Great family getaway

Great location and beautiful condo. Checkin was super easy. I’d recommend bringing beach chairs and an extra umbrella if you have a large group as they can only assign you 2 chairs. Also, I’d recommend asking about reserving your umbrella location in advance of your stay. We didn’t know that and ended up in the back of the beach everyday. If you want front row you have to reserve.

Great Florida tapering break prior to Corona!!!!!!!

Coming from Texas to Destin, Florida for the first time ever was nerve racking. Getting to the resort a little after the lobby locked I was surprised on how getting your keys and checking in was completed. Call me old fashion but I like the idea of meeting in person to check in. On another hand, I can’t really complain because the ease of obtaining the property key fobs and information was easy As far as the condo, condo was extremely clean and had all the amenities that you need with a touch of modern flare. The outdoor patio set was great and very comfortable while still rugged. Great for family dinner or breakfast while enjoying the sounds of the ocean. Overall, the wife, kids , and even Mother In-Law was impressed with my selection. As for all the dads that love aviation and still say dream of flying a mighty piece of aviation......the military base near by provides plenty of views of a wide assortment of military aircraft that will bring out your inner child!!!! But don’t worry, the sounds of the aircraft won’t wake you up from any mid day slumber you decide to take part in!! Lol Kids, don’t worry.....if you get tired of the powder like white sand beach, there is an awesome pool to jump into. Of course, don’t dive because it only goes 5’. Just remember that Destin is known for the emerald looking waters which had a pod of dolphins swimming approx 100 yards off the coast line......it surely will stop most beach goers in their tracks to enjoy the view. Back to the room, master bed was a little hard for my liking but that’s just me being picky. Master on suite had an awesome Jacuzzi bath as well as a large walk in shower. Overall, great condo with no complaints.

Beautiful Beach

If you are looking for a 3 bedroom condo right on the beach look no further. Spacious balcony. Very clean unit. Master was very large, two additional bedrooms were small but that was fine for kids. Check in/check out was easy. Loved having the app. Loved the guys at the beach service! Only thing missing was gym but enjoyed the excuse not to work out

Great views, freshly remodeled.

Great views, freshly remodeled Beautiful condo. We enjoy drinking coffee on the balcony and watching dolphins swim by every morning and evening. A few things that we would recommend to make the stay even better would be, upgrade Master bed it was super hard. Supply pool/beach towels to use, and having beach toys for kids to play with would be nice too. Overall I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Our Best Retreat Condo in Eight Years of Florida Beaches

For the past 8 years my friends and I have gone on a week long yearly retreat. We have stayed in beautiful condos up and down the Florida coasts. We were ready to go to the same place each year and now we know where that will be. The area, the condo, and the atmosphere was great. Our nice large patio directly overlooked the beach. The patio table was large enough to seat all five of us as we had our coffee and devotions with the great added attraction of watching dolphins and stingrays swimming in the water below each morning. The water is the most beautiful hues of blue we have ever seen. Its no wonder it's called the Emerald Coast. The condo is updated and tastefully and beautifully decorated. We also loved the layout and spacious closets. What a treat to have three bedrooms and three large bathrooms. Everything from the bedding to the towels looks brand new. The outside pools are beautiful with plenty of room around the deck to not be close to or disturbed by others. As with every year though, we could not get the living room DVR to work in the evenings. One suggestion would be to have some very detailed directions printed out for tenants like us who are technologically challenged. There are so many great eating places to choose from, along with movie theaters, and plenty shopping. We especially liked Bochamps restaurant a lot and went back a second time. Gilligans was good. The Back Porch was enjoyable and right on the water. We enjoyed the unique movie watching experience at the Downtown Cinema Plus, Fort Walton Beach not far away. Can't wait to return to Silver Beach Towers next spring. Maybe even before!!

The best view! I love how close it is to the beach and the beach chairs are awesome! Thanks to Keith and crew for the great service with the chairs and kayaks and for being cool people. We loved hanging out with you guys! See you next year!

Amazing condo!!

This condo is fabulous. It is beautifully decorated with all granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This is our second time staying at silver beach towers. we love the security and the ease getting to and from the beach and pool from condo. The last time we went was in 2013 and you had to stand in a long line to get your beach chair assignment. Now you are able to initially reserve the setup on line. We did it the very first day you were allowed to reserve online (I believe it was 14 days in advance of your last day at condo). That gives you better placement. We were on front row the entire stay! This 3 bed 3 bath is so roomy!! Super nice washer and dryer and plenty of storage. They even provided paper towels, toilet paper and bath toiletries to get you started. Kitchen is super well stocked. We cooked all our meals at condo (besides eating out at Back Porch one nt) and they had everything we needed. Gas grills downstairs were great. The mattress in the master is AMAZING, along with the pillows. I think the other beds slept just as well. Huge balcony with plenty of seating. During our 2013 stay we were in a two bed two bath in the west tower. The only thing I would say about east tower is you don't have the sunset views you do from the west tower. Compass resorts mgmt great. Super easy check in since they are on site. And bonus that property has red light for getting on hwy 98. Love this property and will continue to stay here when we return. Highly recommend property and this condo!!

Much needed relaxation

Im giving this beautiful place a 5 star rating!!.....with a couple caveats. This property is very clean and well taken care of. From the time we drove up we were impressed. We did arrive after the check in time of 6pm but after hours check in we as advertised and very easy. The actual unit was very nice and clean. The one issue we had with it was the very faint hint of cigarette smoke when we entered. We travel a lot and we are aware that you cant make people NOT smoke even when they arent supposed to but maybe a bit more effort to get rid of the smell might be in order. However, the faint smell of smoke seemed to be limited to only the living room area and not the actual bedrooms or bathrooms so that was a plus. The ocean view was spectacular from the master, the living room, and the ample balcony. The views for the other rooms on the back side was almost as impressive. Im a bit of a plane buff so being able to see the runway from the back rooms and balconies was an added bonus. The pool was clean and large and access to the beach was easy. There is a nice grilling area set up with two gas grills and one charcoal grill. Although you may want to bring your own charcoal since I had issues with getting the gas grills going well. All in all this place is so nice, my wife and I looked into purchasing a unit. We ultimately decided against owning here since even with the hefty HOA fees, there is no work out room on property. We would definitely stay here again and will look here first, in the future, if our plans take us to Destin.
