Each bedroom has its own shower room with shower, washbasin and hairdryer.

Exterior:
- The 20 m² terrace is equipped with furniture and overlooks the garden.
- The enclosed garden enjoys sunshine all day long. There are garden furniture and a large garden table for outdoor meals.

The flat is ideally located in Cauro, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
