During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise (grinding, banging), dust, etc. about the property. There will be no heavy noise before 7am or after 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and sliding doors will be secured to prevent opening. There will also be workers present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building. Balcony furniture will be removed and balcony use may be restricted during certain periods. ***

The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for six. Or, sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar with seating for three.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS
This one-story condo sleeps up to six guests, with three bedrooms. Find quiet privacy in the master suite, furnished with a king bed and 32-inch cable TV. An en-suite master bathroom features two vanities, a water closet, a walk-in shower, and a jetted tub. The master has direct access to the balcony. A second bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable queen bed and a 32-inch cable TV. A second en suite bathroom, also accessible from the hallway, features a tub/shower combination. A third bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a 32-inch cable TV.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Enjoy peekaboo views of the Gulf from the second-story balcony, furnished with table seating for four. Soak up the sun at two sparkling complex pools (six feet deep), or relax on a poolside lounger while the kids play on the splash pad. In the evening, treat yourself to a soak in one of two shared hot tubs.

Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and unassigned parking for two vehicles in the complex parking lot. (Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.) This second-level home is accessible via an elevator. No stairs are required inside the condo.
