Esta unidad cuenta con mostradores de granito, cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora / secadora estándar, 4 televisores (3 son televisores inteligentes para que pueda iniciar sesión en sus cuentas de Netflix o Hulu), 2 DVD y bañera de jardín en el baño principal. Overall a great stay

We had an overall great visit. The condo was as pictured and described. Our only issues was that there was a mildew smell as you come it the door and in the bunk room. Also the floors could use a good mopping, rugs were very dirty and we found old food unded under the corner of the stove. Other than that, things were good. Be The beds were so comfy. We slept great.

You are right on the beach and most of the condos we have rented through them come with complementary beach set up which we love. Our condo was immaculate and had everything we needed!!

Water & weather was GREAT all week. Condo was very nice. Only 2 things - need more patio furniture (only 4 chairs) & need handicap grips on the tub/showers. We WILL be back again next summer.

Great Family Condo

This property was great for our family of 8! The kitchen was full of everything we needed to cook, the condo was very clean, and we all fit pretty well. We just wish there was more furniture on the balcony such as a table and some more chairs. It also was super nice that we got 2 sets of beach chairs everyday with the room! Great spot, great area, great condo!

Fabulous family experience

Very easy to “check in” and the entire stay was seamless and easy. Layout of the condo was perfect for the family and the beds were comfortable. The balcony was the best and the couch was amazingly comfortable to fall asleep on 😂. Super convenient to the beach. Would def book again

Have stayed in Summer Place several times, but this unit was the most comfortable and most relaxing of all. The decor read absolutely lovely and serene. Hoping to book this unit again.

Great Condo for Family

This was a great condo for our family vacation with friends! It was so close to the beach but also offered a pool option. It was also close to many food and entertainment options. We plan to be back to Summer Place again in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time and the weather was beautiful. Location was great and close to everything. We would have liked a higher floor as we were right over the pool and when on balcony during early morning "quiet enjoy your coffee time and listen to the ocean time" the pool gate would slam loudly when it would close from guests/maintenance people coming and going. Would recommend owner have a table on balcony to eat on and some hooks on wall to hang beach towels. Condo was very spacious and master bed very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Favorite restaurant is the back porch in Destin. Amberjack sandwich is the best!

Long family vacation

This property was great for our family. We had 4 adults and 3 children: 8,3,1. The large patio was awesome for keeping the kids safe, but also was super convenient for accessing the pool and beach. Some items in the condo need to be replaced/repaired, but nothing major. The property manager was so friendly and helpful, and the fitness center was perfect for getting the exercise in before having fun. We hope to be back next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 8th year coming to Summer place and this was our least favorite year. While the staff was friendly, the desire to hear and resolve our issues was lacking. Upon arriving to our room, we noticed a VERY wet spot on the ground in the master bedroom. We also noticed the second bathroom toilet was leaking. We thought maybe the cleaning staff dropped a mop bucket in the master and just put towels on it to dry it up. We realized this was not the case. The spot kept getting wetter. The toilet kept leaking and now was making its way to the carpet. We notified the desk 4 times. We explained that it was wet upon check in but was told it was probably our ice chest. By our last day there, they finally got the plumber to fix the toilet and someone to come soak up the water from the master bedroom. For 5 days, we had toilet water and soaked towels in the smaller bathroom and a large wet spot with God knows what kind of water on it that we had to jump over to avoid. The condo was beautiful and beds were comfortable. Just maybe work a little harder to resolve issues.

Great stay in SP!!

We loved every minute of our family vacation at FWB!! Staying at Summer Place was perfect!! It was clean, perfect location and had everything we needed! And we even got a text we could check in early. Everything was awesome!! We would definitely stay there again.

Location, Location, Location!

Excellent location and vacation spot! My family of seven, including 5 teenage males, enjoyed this condo and property very much! Very comfortable and roomy. The condo looks just as the pictures show. The view is beautiful! The condo is clean, however under the furniture, in the furniture cushions, and some of the dresser drawers were not, but that did not bother our stay. There is a broom and dust pan, but that’s it for any cleaning, but we are charged a cleaning fee for a reason right? The property is really beautiful, quiet, and the location is great! Beach service included, 2 chairs & umbrella. Awesome bonus! Pontoon & jet ski rental very close if you plan on visiting Crab Island! Another bonus! Just close to everything, a must stay! We will definitely visit again!
