Extended weekend

It was a very good experience. It was a very nice touch having the chairs and umbrellas for use if needed. We would stay here again.

Perfect Birthday Trip Room

We had the best little stay at this property for our mother’s birthday weekend. The size of the room, shower, kitchen and everything was perfect for our stay. The only complaint that we had was that we wished there was a broom/vacuum to get the sand off the floor after being out for the day. There is also a spot to drive onto the beach which was amazing and made unloading and loading up so easy.

Girls Trip

The property was very nice. Our unit was clean, but needed updating & some repairs. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit so it worked out fine.

Relaxing

I went down for my daughter’s NCA college cheer competition. While not busy with the competition, I was able to get plenty of needed rest that was needed. Heather is great with communicating with you and answering any questions you have! I would definitely stay here again!

The beach is right there!

The apartment was minimalistic, and the whole facility is due for modernization, but the pool, beach and neighboring restaurants were great. Pretty quiet considering it is right on the street. No problems with parking. For the price I consider this apartment a good value unless you want to a lot of time in the apartment (we didn’t). The gate to the property opens to the beach- no fuss no muss- and you could leave your shoes and towel behind the fence. Need a pocket for the key.

Host CANCELED 3 hours after check-in!

My son and I traveled to Daytona Beach for the Daytona 500. While sitting at the track enjoying the Dual 125s, I receive a message that the host “double booked” their condo and I’d have to find a different place to stay . . . On race weekend! This Host is unethical and unscrupulous and you would be wise to avoid this property. While my wife spent almost 5 hours helping us find alternative lodging, I spent almost twice as much as the amount I paid this host a month ago. AVOID this property!!

Daytona Race Weekend

Myself and two buddies rented this property for race weekend. It was affordable and was on the beach. Our first impression was great! The property manager was very friendly and accommodating since we got in later than expected an I personally was not on top of our check in process (3 men trying to plan a weekend was the equivalent of herding cats). The beach was awesome, location was great and the pool was perfect! It was a short walk to some great restaurants and the night life was pretty relaxed with some entertainment. We fished from the pier which was a short distance and the locals were nice enough to tell us what live bait the fish were hitting on (shrimp). We caught two trigger fish from the pier and a couple of small catfish and whiting from the shore. We had a awesome time at the race even though it got rained out! Overall, I would genuinely say I would book the place next year for the race! Thank you to our host, and thank you city of Daytona for a great weekend!

Get away

This location is centrally located to where you want to go. This unit was amazing it had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend. We went to the grocery store and cook food at the property. Check in and out was easy with no issues. I asked to stay two hours later based on time of flight and that was not a problem. The owner gets back to your quickly. Located right on the beach and has hot tub and pool that stays open late. Free parking. Ran into a concert on the beach during stay as well
