Step outside to a fully fenced private courtyard with beautiful oak tree backdrop, with a bubbling fountain, grill, table with umbrella and patio chairs. Private driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles. Intracoastal waterway dock, boat ramp and restaurant only 2 streets away.

Coconut Cottage is designed to accommodate parties of 6 or less; recommended for 1-2 couples with up to 2 children, families and honeymooners. Master bedroom has queen adjustable Serta mattress bed with ensuite bathroom featuring double vanity and walk in shower. The second bedroom has adjacent bathroom with single vanity and shower. Living room, dining room and kitchen are spacious enough to gather together. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cook ware & utensils, pots/pans, appliances, paper goods and basic spices etc. The dining room will accommodate up to 6 guests seated. All rooms have Smart flat screen TVs. In unit washer & dryer.

Located in the North Beach area of Vilano Beach Saint Augustine, the neighborhood is residential and quiet, and within walking distance to the beach & local waterfront restaurants. Awaiting nearby as less than a 2 minute walk are spectacular sandy shores are uncrowded and perfect for lounging, hunting seashells & shark's teeth as well as fishing and surfing. 2 Miles to Publix supermarket, 2.5 miles to water taxi and tours at Vilano Pier, 3 miles to famous hammock and estuaries of Guana River State Park, 4 miles to historic downtown St. Augustine, 10 miles to World Golf Village.

Things to know:
Walk to beach is 1-2 minutes, you do have to cross A1A (so please be careful crossing when traveling with small children) approx. Golf cart rentals available for safer travel in neighborhood and across A1A. There are 2 restaurants withing walking distance to home and several more within a short drive as well as Publix Supermarket (2 miles), boat taxi and water craft rentals. Historic Downtown St. Augustine and trolley train stain is only 3.5 miles. Our area also offers local surfing, fishing and golfing.

Just over the Vilano bridge and left on San Marco is The Old Jail where you can board the Trolley Train for a tour of St. Augustine. With 23 stops, you can usually make a full day of it.

There are several local Uber/Lyft drivers that are familiar with our home and are a great easy way to get around town.

Guests will have entire home to themselves.

The exterior property is monitored by cameras. For privacy there are NO cameras inside the home or backyard
