You'll love the salt sea air and the gorgeous views from our Two Ocean View Porches, and the short half-block to either the Ocean or Carolina Lake from our gracious home. Two beach access points within a one-minute walk makes you intimate with the Beach. Pick up your daily fresh foods at Veggie Wagon right behind the house. You'll fall in love with the stunning water views from almost every room and the ease of the elevator at Fresh and Salty in the heart of Carolina Beach. You'll have plenty of sleep time privacy for three families in our three separate Guest Suites on the first floor of our Townhome. When you are ready to party, have a cocktail on the porch, and fix a delicious meal, join together on the top floor in our beautiful Great Room with shiplap design details and consummate comfort throughout. You'll be surrounded by tons of space and natural light while you revel in your social times as a group, but also have plenty of space to curl up with a good book for some alone time. For a bit of luxurious privacy, greet the sunrise from your private master bedroom porch with your morning coffee and a cool breakfast al fresco. Sophisticated and high-quality furnishings will keep you coming back for a casually elegant, yet completely comfortable experience at beautiful Carolina Beach.

Parking:
Two bays fitting 4-6 vehicles are designated below the unit.
Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be laying on the end of the beds, bathmats provided in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. (Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.)
Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
Guest Access:
Electronic Lock Entry.
House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.
Elevator Policies:
Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.
Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Getting Around:
Getting around Pleasure Island is a breeze! While parking can be limited in peak season, especially in popular spots, paid private or public parking is available. We recommend exploring Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on foot or by bike – they're super walkable and bike-friendly. You'll find safe pedestrian and bike routes, including the Island Greenway. Renting a golf cart or bike is easy, too, with several local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Rentals are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.
