This Beach Villas at Ko Olina unit radiates luxury, melding timeless Hawaiian islands comfort with modern chic.  Indulge in an expansive suite featuring a vast array of opulent amenities. There are two suites with a king bed, both have a private bathroom, and a guest bedroom with a queen bed as well as a guest bathroom located in the hallway. Each bedroom has a mounted 55" smart TV. We just added a sleeper sofa to accommodate 8 guests! (pics coming)
Enjoy indoor/outdoor living at its finest on the spacious lanai with peekaboo ocean views and overlooking the gorgeous pool.  The kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances, a highly functional kitchen island equipped with several bar stools idyllic for entertaining while cooking and contemporary black granite countertops, as well as a 70" smart television and an intimate dining table in addition to an onsite washer and dryer.  The suite itself is only part of the charm, the resort is situated next to several picturesque sandy lagoons and offers access to several lap pools and a fitness center, not to mention world-class golf awaits directly across the street at the famed Ko Olina golf course and world-class cuisine as well at world famous Roy's restaurant.  Should you find the need to venture out of this utopian bubble some of the most beautiful beaches on earth await in nearby Wai'anae. There are 2 distinct shopping areas in the immediate vicinity, the Ko Olina Station and the Ko Olina Center.  At the Ko Olina Station, you will find the Monkey Pod Kitchen, the Black Sheep Cream CO., and Island Country Market (groceries).  If you are looking for something entertaining and historically significant for the whole family consider enjoying a train ride with the Hawaiian Railway Society!  Train rides are available every WED, SAT, and SUN, but reservations must be made in advance, the phone # is, and fares range from $10 for keiki (Hawaiian for children) or $15 for adults or $30 for all Parlor Car tickets.  Enjoying a train ride is an unforgettable experience offering a unique glimpse into O'ahu's historical sugar cane heritage!  At the Ko Olina center across the street (5-8 min walk or a 3-4 min bike ride from the residence) you will find Mekiko Cantina Restaurant (Mexican restaurant)- Eggs and Things, Starbucks, and the Pizza Corner.  

Please note: The assigned parking space is best suited for a compact car. If you have an oversized vehicle, an exterior parking space is available for an additional flat rate fee of $25.

Check-In is 3:30PM — Check-Out is 10:30AM (Condo Sqft. 1484)
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).
