The ultimate walkers paradise - just next to Seattle University and minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle of Pike/Pine & Broadway where you can find vibrant streets of dining, cafes, shopping and nightlife. Also minutes walk away from Swedish Hospital, Harborview Medical Center and Virginia Mason Medical Center. Close to everything, yet tucked away on a quiet street and sidewalk!
The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1116 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no steps to entrance.
**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: Living room, kitchen, dining. Air conditioned.
• Second Floor: Two bedrooms with queen beds, hallway bath with bath tub & shower combo. Air conditioned
• Third Floor: Primary bedroom with King bed, ensuite bathroom with shower. Air conditioned.
• Fourth Floor: Rooftop patio with outdoor seating and territorial view.
**Home Highlights**
• Great floor plan - bed & bath on different levels, perfect for group travel
• Mini-split air conditioning in every area (4 in total; one in living room and one in each bedroom)
• Big windows with lots of natural light, as well as blackout curtains for bedrooms
• Kitchen is stocked with high-end kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, keurig coffee & tea
• High quality bed, mattress, pillows & linens for comfortable sleeping
• Smart TV for streaming.
• Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs
• Rooftop patio with comfortable outdoor furniture for an al fresco experience
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
• Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available nearby.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
