Gaze out onto the ocean from your own private balcony - as well as the shared pool you can visit during your stay! This comfortable condo is perfect for fans of the beach. Fun beach-themed decor will put you in an exploratory mood, and central air conditioning will help you cool off after relaxing on the shore. Just set your bathing suits and towels to go in the private washer/dryer and enjoy a beverage out on the balcony. Younger guests will enjoy relaxing in the built-in bunk beds, complete with reading lights. Everyone can help cook in the fully equipped kitchen, set up with both a breakfast bar and a dining area big enough for everyone to make plans for the beach.

Relaxing vacation

Good ocean view. Good location. When we arrived the couch was wet. It had a wet feel the first two days we were other. Mattress on the bottom bunk needs replacing. It was ok for a weekend but nothing longer.

Anniversary trip

My husband and I stayed a week here for our anniversary. It was wonderful!!! Perfect views and location. Bed was very comfortable and air in the bedroom was amazing! Air in the front of the apartment struggled to keep up, but we were never hot. The pool was under construction at the time of our visit, but our host made accommodations to us for that. We thought that was extremely professional. Overall, very clean and well kept place, great location, and breathtaking views! WILL stay again!!

Perfect weekend get away for me and my husband!

When we arrived, the condo was very clean and smelled nice. It was small but plenty of room for the two of us. There are bunk beds for children but I feel if you had more than 2 people, you would be crowded. The balcony had a perfect view of the ocean. My favorite part was how close we were to the beach! Not a long walk at all! The elevator did have a not so great smell so we just used the stairs. The door to the stairs was closer than the elevator anyways. We loved the location. You are close to restaurants and souvenir shops but away from the crowds. We would definitely here stay again!

Great view of the Gulf.

Nice, clean (no bugs) property. A couple of good food options across the street and not too far from grocery stores. Directly on the Gulf so the view was amazing. Right above the pool which could be a pro or a con depending on your point of view. Would definitely return.

Five Stars for the View

This unit has a wonderful Oceanside view and quick access to the pool and beach, 5 stars for this. It could use a new sofa and we did see a cockroach and some small black bugs, so a 3 on this. We would stay here again because we love this beach and the location.

Loved the condo. Very clean, with an updated beach theme. View was perfect. Would stay here again. The only down side was the door drug a little bit when opening, had to push it, and bathroom needed more light in the shower.

Fun getaway

Pool was clean, beach access was wonderful, balcony was enjoyable, beds were relatively comfortable, and enough amenities to enjoy a mini getaway. Condo itself was fairly clean, walls, doorframes, light switches and fixtures weren’t super clean, but beds and bathroom seemed to be.

I would not recommend this condo. The location was perfect, right on the gulf with an easy walkout. There was a pool, chair rentals, restaurants and shops within walking distance…but the unit was dirty and needed updates. There were toe nail clippings in the rug, mold on the shower curtain, gnats flying in the kitchen, and stains on the couch. The ceiling of the top bunk was filthy and the toilet seat had seen better days. The air filter in the bedroom air conditioning unit was full of dust and the couch was ripped with stuffing coming out. The furniture felt very old and cheap and the kitchen seemed dirty, didn’t want to cook there. We only did one night and Vacasa the management company was very responsive, even offered to come clean the next day. Also, there were a ton of remotes and while the TV turned on we could get to any shows. The app for Roku wasn’t downloaded or wouldn’t let you use it without a code.

July 2024 vacation

The condo had great air conditioning a couple spare box fan which I loved because I always sleep with a fan. We thought the beds slept good. It was clean and had everything we needed including some beach stuff. There was some construction work taking place while we were there including door replacement but a least they’re doing upkeep. The workers were very courteous. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views

We went for the 4th of July and we had a blast!! The condo has beautiful views of the ocean, pool is right in front of the balcony with great views also, the bed is so comfy, it's like a cloud. Perdido is by far one of my favorite destinations and I was pleased with the condo and the great customer service. I had a question and within an hour at most they had me a answer so that was comforting also. Definitely would recommend for a small family or group.

No Pool- Gorgeous Beach

The best thing I can say about this condo is the beautiful beach! We only stayed one night due to a pit stop on the way to Disney. I am beyond thankful it was only one night. 1. The pool was closed for refurbishment (that wasn’t listed on the listing) so it made it difficult to go down to the beach and back. The area to wash off was terrible so sand was all in the condo. 2. The beds had stains on them and a bug crawled down my arm in the night. 3. The air did not cool down enough to sleep comfortably, and the condo was only set up for 4. This would have been a miserable trip if we had stayed for more than a day. The area is beautiful so I hope somehow the condo is taken better care of in the future.

Great place…. Disappointing check in.

Loved the condo and the location. Clean and comfortable! I give this place 5 starts but I will say that we were really disappointed in the check in time. We payed for 3 days 2 nights but weren’t aloud to check in until 4:00pm and had to check out at 10am. Felt like we were ripped off a little as we really only got one day. Loved the place, disappointed in Vacasas check in and check out times… probably won’t use Vacasa again.

Beautiful View, Not set up for more than 4

We came to stay for one night before heading to Disney. I am so thankful we were not there longer. There were several incidents during our 16 hour time spent. 1. When we arrived, I immediately contacted the property manager for more washcloths and towels. The listing is for up to 6 which is what we had in our party (2 adults, 4 children). I was ensured more towels would be arriving, but they never did. There were not enough plates either. 2. The air did not work properly in the living area.3. We chose the property thinking the pool was available. I did not see that it wasn’t available until we arrived. Walking between two condos was not ideal.4. A huge bug crawled up my arm at midnight last night so from that point, I was awake.5. The water faucet in the tub is loose so it is hard to change it to hot, warm, etc. 6. The linens had stains on the pillow cases.7. The bunk beds were more like toddler beds.While we LOVE Perdido Key, we will not be visiting this condo again.

Balcony bait and switch

Although the condo was obviously dated per the pictures, we chose it for the lovely balcony. The first disappointment was entering the condo and the balcony door handle missing. The second HUGE disappointment was discovering the balcony pictured for the rental was not the picture for the actual balcony. This was the entire reason for renting this condo. I have been told that sometimes these things happen on VRBO, however I did not think a rental company would "bait and switch".

Over all good

The condo was beautiful and a great location. There were a few things we were disappointed with though. First of all there were no hangers in the closet. I contacted management and hangers arrived by the next day. That being said, there were no dressers in the bedroom for clothes storage. The kitchen was nicely furnished but the cabinets under the sink were full of paint supplies and other construction materials. No extra garbage bags and didn’t receive any when we asked. It would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the bathroom too. Lastly, the patio door to the balcony was missing the handle making it a n inconvenience to open. Once again the condo and location were beautiful. The bed was very comfortable too. I believe with a few more touches this place would be 5 stars!
