Located in Perdido Key's Grand Caribbean East & West Resort, enjoy direct beach access from the complex and on-site amenities including pools, hot tubs, and shared grills with picnic areas. You'll also be within walking distance to great local dining options.

Perfect for families, the bright interior features renovations and fixtures designed for yout comfort. Enjoy your favorite beverage on the breezy private balcony or relax in the living room after the day's adventures while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. The kitchen comes well-appointed for at-home meal planning, with all major appliances, including a dishwasher. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the in-home comforts.

The main bedroom features a private entrance to the hall bathroom, and younger guests will enjoy in the built-in hall bunk beds.

Wonderful property

The condo was amazing and had everything we needed. Really we only had to bring food to cook. We love going to Johnson's Beach and this was a perfect location to the entrance of the park. It was very clean and well kept. You can tell this is a well kept and loved 2nd home where the owners are gracious enough to share a slice of paradise with others! We will stay here again if it is available for our next stay.

Great location!

While there were a few cosmetic needs in the unit, it was clean and is accurate to its description. The location is fantastic with a short stroll to the beach. We would stay here again!

Great FL vacation spot

This was as advertised. A great little condo perfect for 2 to 3 adults or a small family. Loved the beach so close and the ability to shower or hose off after the beach. Hot tub, pool. Perfect. we will be back. And stay longer next time.

Good for the price

Its good for the price and simple checkout process. However, its a low budget residence. The walls had big black scuffmarks. The bedroom closets had carpenter tools, paint, etc in them whichbnade them unusuable for the customer.

Has potential

Could be a really great place. It is clean, but the wear and tear throughout the unit can give off the impression that it’s not. Outlets in the kitchen did not work. AC thermostat is finicky. Some TLC would really make a difference. The pool area is nice, and the proximity to the beach is convenient.

Disappointment

There are cob webs hanging throughout the unit. The paint is dirty, scuffed, or peeling. The doors and door handles inside the unit are disgusting. The air vent in the living room/dining area is hanging from the ceiling. The sink in the bathroom is falling apart. I might go as far as saying a typical "motel" has better conditions. Intermittent wifi. The customer service could greatly improve. I received an email after booking to purchase travel insurance, and the link did not work. A chat representative called themselves pasting the correct link but instead the link went to a Vacasa employee login portal; and immediately end the chat. Then another chat representative said it was "too late" to purchase travel insurance. A few days later I receive an email from a representative saying it was not too late and said they could proceed with submitting the request. Be time they got to that email, it was "too late" again. The 2 stars credit the pool area and the short distance to the beach access.

Great location, decently priced.

The location of this condo was great. I had a partial view of the water & the close access to the beach was great. There is a bright light that shines through the bedroom window at night, so bring something to cover the window if you're like me, and need it dark to sleep. For the price, if you only need a place to sleep or chill, you can't beat it. It's nothing fancy & needs to updating, but I would stay here again. I was unable to connect to wi-fi the entire stay.
