This home is a very spacious 3649sf home with 4 bedrooms / 3 full bathrooms located in East Mesa - all on 1 level and no stairs!

Home is located less than 10 minutes to the very popular ARIZONA ATHLETIC GROUNDS - several lawn chairs and cooler are available for use, located in the garage.



Bedroom #1: King Bed; Large primary bedroom with huge bathroom with jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and huge walk-in closet.

Bedroom #2: King Bed; The guest King bedroom shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with the bedroom with 2 queen beds.

Bedroom #3: Two Queen beds; shares jack/jill bathroom with 2nd bedroom. Bathroom has shower/tub, toilet room, and double sinks.

Bedroom #4: Queen bed; full bathroom with shower/tub directly across the hallway.

Home is all tile, except for primary bedroom. Easy wheelchair access throughout home.

The kitchen is very open with dining table that seats 6 and opens into family room - great for entertaining! The indoor ping-pong table is in a space of its own with reclining chairs for kicking back and relaxing.

There is a den with TV that can be used to watch a movie - from the movie collection provided, play a board game, play video games, or sit and read a book.

This large home has a fabulous outdoor crystal clear blue pool (not heated) and great outdoor space for gathering, grilling, and enjoying the warm AZ weather.

Plenty of space to spread out, play games, indoor ping pong table, and HUGE 82" TV for Sports lovers and movie fans! DVD's/DVD Player.

It is truly great for families and couples in a safe and quiet neighborhood looking to escape to a warmer climate and experience what the desert has to offer. It has a nice sized backyard and patio with a large pergola and plenty of outdoor seating and propane heaters. Great space for BBQ's and relaxing. The home is VERY spacious and comfortable.

There is laundry inside - washer/dryer are included.

The unit is well equipped with all the essentials; linens, bath towels, pool towels, pillows, microwave, dishwasher, double oven, refrigerator.

The kitchen is also very well stocked with plenty of pots/pans, tupperware, crock pot, blender, rice cooker, cooking utensils and supplies.

Dish TV Service and WI-FI internet provided.

Garage has space to park 2 vehicles and the Large driveway provides for additional parking.

This home is located near the Superstition Mountains, Close to hiking and trails, golf, lakes, parks, shopping, freeways, grocery stores, and restaurants. There is a half size basketball court just around the corner in the neighborhood (basketball provided in home).

Located about 35 minutes from Sky harbor Airport and about 15 minutes from Gateway Airport. Less than 10 minutes to Arizona Athletic Grounds!!!

Large, clean single level home

Spent 6 days with a total of 6 adults. House is very big and plenty of room. House was very clean and as advertised. Pool was very nice and enjoyed by all on a daily basis. Also close to local amenities.

Great space

I liked that the space was very comfortable for 6 adults to hang out together around the kitchen table or on the back patio and pool. There were nice dishes to serve meals and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The bedrooms were super comfy! It was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I would come back for sure!

Amazing Christmas

Had our family in from Iowa for week of Christmas. It was amazing space for us to get together. Very clean and very accommodating. Will definitely use again if the need arises

Yes, Pleased to Stay Here Again!

Our extended family of adult children and four grandchildren just spent four nights in this very spacious and nicely appointed property in Mesa, for Thanksgiving. Includes a very nice pool & patio. Very spacious rooms, especially the Master. Kitchen had most everything we needed. Living room was fun for the kids with the ping-pong table too! Yes, bottom line, we would stay again.

Mesa Vacation

The house was great. Very spacious and good amenities. Allows for 10+ people to be together easily. Clean and in good shape. Comfortable. It took awhile to understand how to turn on the TV via satellite button on the remote but once understood, it worked well (could use some instructions for the TV). Overall, the stay was excellent.

East Mesa Arizona Family Trip

This house is amazing!! it fit all of our family perfectly for our vacation. We all enjoyed the pool, ping-pong table, and all the ample spaces. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make our meals and was so nice to have the washer and dryer available. The area was convenient for our needs and the neighborhood is very nice. Also, the property is close to Phoenix – Gateway Airport. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Wonderful home

We had a hiccup with checking in but the home owner was easy to work with and communication was great. The house was nice and clean and overall had a good stay.

Home away from home

We stayed there for a week with the family. Place was great. I loved the little touches/amenities. Perfect location for us. Kids loved the pool. Communication with the host was easy. We would definitely stay again.

Great Spot to Stay with Team Members

We stayed at the house with a few families from our Baseball Team. It was a good space and worked great. The ping pong table was a hit. Pool does not have a heater and was really cold (it was chilly outside) but the kids did cold plunges so it was still utilized.

Perfect place for our soccer tournament

We loved this house! We took my son and a few teammates with us to a tournament at the bell bank park. It was close by. The house was clean and very spacious. We had everything we needed. The boys would have liked the pool heated, but we understand not heating it in December. They loved the ping pong table. It was all very nice. Nice safe neighborhood.

I own and manage 12 vacation rentals and have been doing so for about 10 years. I love what I do, and love making peoples vacations enjoyable and the best they can be.
