Maximum occupancy is 9 guests at all times.
The minimum rental age is 25.
Quiet hours are 11 PM–7 AM; parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
The walk to the lake and dock follows a sloped natural path with steps and may not be suitable for guests with significant mobility limitations.
The dock may occasionally require maintenance or adjustment due to changing lake levels.
Driveway parking only.
No smoking, drugs, firearms, or fireworks are permitted.
