Welcome to Caribbean Pearl, a beautiful duplex apartment perfect for 4 guests, with the possibility to accommodate a 5th person. Located in a brand new residence just steps away from the stunning Anse Marcel beach and local shops.
Upstairs (main entrance level):
A spacious bedroom with a king size bed, a closet with a safe, a desk ideal for remote workers, and a sofa bed suitable for a child or teenager
A modern bathroom with walk in shower, toilet, and washing machine
Downstairs (access via interior staircase):
A cozy living room with a convertible sofa (160x200 mattress) and a smart TV
A fully equipped open kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and more
A guest toilet for added convenience
Outdoor space:
A furnished terrace with table and chairs
A small private garden with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun

Within a 10 minute drive, you can reach Orient Bay Beach or the renowned restaurants of Grand Case. Grand Case Airport (SFG): 15 minutes Princess Juliana Airport (SXM): 30 minutes Super U supermarket, pharmacy, and bakery: 5 minutes To fully enjoy the island, we highly recommend renting a car.
