Stay in St Martin

The stay at Jenny's was amazing. The property is much more that described in the photos. Jenny was the ultimate host and treated us like family from the 1st moment we met. The house had everything you could ask for and more. I would definitely recommend staying at Jenny's when visiting St Martin.

vacation in paradise.

The accommodations were excellent and because of a failed development nearby, we had our own exclusive beach. The location of the house was very safe and quiet and not a far drive to Orient Beach. All in all, a great place to visit.

Great Stay For Our Family!

Jenny is a very sweet host! The best of the best! The property is huge! It's quiet! It's very well furnished and super clean. Our whole family enjoyed our stay. We will try to return...it was that great!

Tropical oasis

Immaculate 3 bedroom retreat with warm plunge pool and pool table. Close to lovely beaches and amazing french dining. Need a car but the slight remote location is very private and in tune with nature. Host is amazing qith her communication, suggestions and amentities stocking everything needed for a home away from home from bandages to new gas for grill

Great Property!!!

Really nicely maintained and large house for plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. The furnishings were nice, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool area was great with a covered patio and plenty of chairs to go around.Jenny, the host went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed and checked on us often.I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this unit to anyone wanting privacy and seclusion.

Customer Service At It's Best

We stayed at the property for 9 days and were impressed right away with the cleanliness and the thoughtful touches like beer in the fridge, a bowl of fruit, and various coffee and tea pods for the Keurig coffeemaker. We had a couple of issues minor in nature but the response we got was immediate and extraordinary. Jenny and Leonard went out of their way at short notice to assist, and we even got tourist tips for beaches and restaurants out of those visits. We will treasure the time we had in St. Maarten and hope to return in the future!!

Fantastic Villa

The house and property are amazing. The pictures don't do it justice at all. The house is way bigger than it appears and is in a private gated area. We were 3 couples and there was an abundance of space. Orient Beach is a short scenic walk and restaurants/bars/groceries were a short drive away. Jenny was an unbelievable host who went above and beyond to assist us in any way possible. When any issue would arise she took care of it right away. From meeting us at the airport to seeing us off before our flight home Jenny and family were gracious hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Serene Get-a-Way

We are a group of 6 seniors (3 couples) who stayed at Villa Armantine. The villa was clean and very spacious. We never felt crowded; there were spaces to be on your own if you so chose. It is located in a gated community; not only was the community gated but the villa was as well. We never felt unsafe at any time. Coming from a large metro area, we enjoyed the serenity. In the distance we could hear the crashing of the waves from the ocean, which was wonderful! The villa is better than described. It is fully equipped throughout. The pool was clean and large enough for us to take a dip on a hot day. The ensuite Master bedroom was huge with the other two ensuite bedrooms being a good size as well.Jenny and Jean are the best hosts one could have; and we have used many rental properties before! They were so friendly and helpful throughout our entire 2 week stay. We felt welcomed to their villa. Jenny always responded quickly if we had questions concerning the property, places to eat, shop or a great beach to visit. They work hard to keep the property maintained. We enjoyed their company so much that we asked them to visit us while we stayed at the villa! Thank you so much Jean and Jenny from all of us.

Fabulous Days in Paradise!

From start to finish, this was an amazing 1 month stay. Our host, Jenny was the epitome of gracious, responsive & caring hostess welcoming us into her home. She provided anything we asked of her & she made sure we were well taken care of at every point. She became our friend, sharing her life & family. The house is way bigger than you can see in pictures. It made it very easy for us to spread out & not have 5 people on top of each other for weeks at a time. We were there for a month & it was hard to leave. The location is a little far from most things & up a steep hill but it provided us with total privacy; a quiet location & security. This rental was also a home. Because of that, some things didn't quite work but there was so much to compensate, that made our stay so worthwhile. The living area is huge, as is the kitchen. The pool was so nice for days we chose to stay home. Orient beach was just around the bend for a fabulous beach experience. We would not hesitate to highly recommend this Villa, as it is truly a great place to have many people come together in a wonderful location with all amenities included. Truly a great value for the money.

Beautiful private home in safe gated picturesque neighborhood minutes from the beach

The home in in a secluded and very private gated neighborhood we always felt safe and secure and property had a stunning view of the mountains. The home boasts a great outdoor space with a pool private, gazebo along with the amenities, Webber bbq , lots of chairs and tables,Great wifi through the home it was a little weak in the pool area. With all the bedrooms and bathrooms available it would be great for three couples or a large family. Communication with the owner was the best we have ever encountered all questions where answered immediately. The owner meet us at the car rental office to help with our luggage and proceeded to lead us on a quick personal tour of of the island while leading us to her home. The owner deals with everything,there is no middle person ie. agent. Private beach about a 2 minute walk. Orient bay/beach about a 20 minute walk with stores and restaurants. Lots of hiking to be done in the area. Really close to the bigger supermarket at Hope Estates and restaurants in Grand Case. A rental car is a must if you are going to be touring the island or staying in this area. All in all a big beautiful home lacking nothing with a very gracious owner who only wanted us to enjoy our time while visiting her island paradise. Thanks so much “Jenny”

Jenny est une très bonne hôte, gentille, réactive et veut toujours faire plaisir. La villa était très propre avec beaucoup d'inclusions. À notre arrivé un gros gâteau nous attendait, des fruits, de la liqueur, du café etc. Vraiment impressionnant. Merci pour tout, je recommande cette villa.

The property and Jenny were better than expected. Even though all the reviews said both the property and Jenny are amazing. Jenny met us at the airport to guide us to her beautiful family home to be sure we didn't get lost plus a personal tour including a grocery stop at Hope Estate. Jenny gave us a personal and local experience giving us her time and recommendations. Making sure we felt comfortable at our home away from home. The home is even larger than it looks in the pictures and extremely comfortable for our family of 6 We were glad we rented a car. We ate breakfast at the house everyday with a healthy mix of lunch and supper in and out. Kids used the pool almost everyday and hit a different beach everyday too. Only one rainy day in 10 days. We used the pool table almost everyday as our kids are in their twenties and we walked down to the properties private beach several times. We enjoyed the goats that come to visit and found it interesting to learn that the abandoned buildings between the house and the beach were a hotel plan by the property owner that got damaged in the hurricane. Just another example of how much damage hurricane Irma did to the island. Overall we fell in love with the property, Jenny and the island. We will definitely be back and with definitely stay here again. Highly highly recommend.

Tranquillité

Superbe maison dans un coin tranquille. Nous étions 6 adultes avec assez de place pour tous. La plage la plus près est à environ 20 minutes de marches, si vous connaissez le chemin. Sinon il est facile d'avoir accès aux plages de l'île en voiture. Jenny, la propriétaire, est très accessible et très sympathique.

Awesome rental

This place is so huge. Big enough for several families. Beautiful scenery, close walk to the beach, very private. We loved Jenny and her family. They have a barbecue for all renters one one night and it was one of the best experiences we"ve ever had on a vacation. You will not regret renting this house!

Outstanding Quiet location with easy access to beaches and restaurants!

We could not of asked for a better experience. Our hosts Jenny and Jean were fantastic making us feel like family. The house is wonderful. The location is great if you like quiet and solitude. We were only a short drive to Orient Beach. Grand Case was also very easy to visit with their fantastic restaurants and stores. The island is not back to 100% but given what they had to face it is remarkable that they have made it back as far they have. We found the people all to be very friendly and appreciative that we were there visiting. The airport was a zoo on the return trip but we were there on a busy time. The house had everything we needed and our host made sure we were happy! Do yourself a favor and book this place. I am sure we will return.

Amazing home! Welcoming Hosts!

Armantine Villa is truly a home away from home. The home is beautiful with a private yard and swimming pool. No detail has been overlooked. The hosts are warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. You can't beat the location as it is a short hike to Orient Beach and close to Pinel Island ferry. Cul de Sac has grocery stores and restaurants a short drive away. Great area. Great place to stay. A big thank you to Jean and Jenny for their hospitality.

Wonderful stay at Armantine Villa

Our group of three couples spent a marvelous time at the villa, which has all the features you could wish for in an island vacation home, like a swimming pool and BBQ, and some which might surprise you, including a gourmet kitchen, and games room with pool table. The three bedrooms are first class, each with ensuite, and the master bedroom has all the luxury you could wish for. Best of all are Jean and Jenny. They were fantastic hosts and super helpful both in helping to plan our stay before arrival and looking after us while we were there. We will definitely recommend this spot to our friends. Thanks for a great stay, Kit and Eric.

Beautiful home and beautiful hosts

STAY HERE

Best spot on the island to stay. Private, spacious, affordable, well maintained, tons to do, etc. etc. etc. Hiking, easy walk to Orient Bay Beach, near restaurants and a short drive to all that Grand Case has to offer. Attentive and friendly hosts. You can walk to the beach at Orient Bay or drive to any other beach on the island, which is great, because it gives you the opportunity to see all the diversity of beaches, areas, cultures, food options, throughout the entire island, rather than going to the same beach everyday. Ive stayed at a number of different places (hotels, villas, etc) on the island over the last 10 years and this is by far the best, I have made repeated visits to Armantine Villa and I dont think Id stay anywhere else on the island in the future. BEST SPOT!

Weekend Retreat

The Armantine Villa was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Pictures really don't do the property justice. And the local beaches were within a short walk. Jean and Jenny were wonderful with making sure we felt at home and were well taken care of. I recommend this place to ANYONE, can't wait to go back!

Amazing Experience All Around

Spent a weekend at the Armantine Villa in the French Cul De Sac and I cannot wait to go back. We were met at the airport by Jenny who immediately set the tone for an amazing experience. We were provided with welcome drinks and advised of activities on the island. The house is well taken care of; Jean and Jenny really take pride in this property. The house is perfect for families or couples on vacation and is only a short walk away from the beach. I'd highly recommend Armantine Villa!

Jean Rogers worked at General Motors and saved his pennies to build his dream home that he would like to share with you. This is the only house that sits on very natural St. Martin land. There was a hotel project under construction but will not recommence until building lease has been finalized by the family, which might be a while.
