Brand New Ethan Allen furnishings (including brand new mattresses and bedding); Fireplace Living Room with hardwood floors and plenty of sunlight. Brand new bath with oversized walk in shower and fresh paint throughout the home. Full basement with washer and dryer and oversized mudroom off the rear deck for ski and boot storage..... Brand new Roku TV, high speed wireless internet, new pullout sofa with full size mattress ...Super Clean and all Covid Protocol followed to the T. Oversized fire pit area with Adirondack Chairs and plenty of Firewood provided by owners. Gas Grill for outside Barbecue enjoyment and full size garage ... Super close to Franconia Notch and the MT Washington Bike Trails... Simply Wonderful to enjoy!

Very homely cottage in a beautiful area and within walking distance of a lovely coffee shop and deli. Delicious ice cream over the hill in Bethlehem and lots of shops and eateries in Littleton. Had a great stay!

The house was very comfortable and close to everything. The host was very accommodating and provided amenities above and beyond what you would expect. We highly recommend staying at this property if you’re in the Franconia area. The town is very quaint and picturesque and everyone was very friendly.

Convenient

Jack was a great host. I had a small issue and he immediately fixed it... immediately. That's when you know you have a great host. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to explore Franconia and all it has to offer.

Family Wedding

We stayed in Franconia to attend a wedding at Toad Hill Farm. The house was perfect for us and we were also able do some hiking and enjoy the beauty of the area. The owner was so helpful and gave us wonderful tips for restaurants in the area and places to visit. The house had everything we needed and was so clean! Thank you very much!

I can’t say enough good things about this stay and property! Jack truly thought of everything and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! The place was so clean and I truly felt like I was at home!! Very Grateful to have found this gem in the mountains

The house was wonderful, everything was very clean and well kept. The owners sent a great list of recommendations for things nearby. The location was quiet and peaceful, but still walkable to coffee, groceries, and a few cute restaurants. It's also close to Littleton with great shopping and restaurants, and amazing hiking in Franconia notch.

It was perfect and exceeded our expectations!

The house was so clean and all the ski/winter decorations made it charming. We loved lighting a fire at night and how cozy it all was. It was also so close to town and the owner was very helpful with his recommendations!

John is an excellent host. Provided everything we needed. Gave us great suggestions for activities and food in the area. House had a great yard with Adirondack chairs and lovely fire pit. John even graciously provided wood. House very comfortable and clean. We hope to return for a winter stay.

Fabulous, cozy and fantastic value!

Absolutely charming- delightful decor coupled with every possible convenience for our family ski trip. Cabin feel combined with great beds, comfortable sofa, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and lots of appreciated little extras. Location is minutes from slopes and literally a minute’s drive from a great new deli & market and early opening coffee shop. Host very helpful and available. Great experience - will book this home again!

Relaxing time

We came up for a weekend getaway and got just that! It was quiet and relaxing. John is easy to communicate with, provided delicious local eateries, and made sure our arrival was seamless. His house is immaculate and perfect for our getaway. We will definitely return!

Having spent our off time the past few years in beautiful Waterford Vermont, my family and I have fallen in love with Cannon Mountain and the Franconia Notch region of the White Mountains.

Plenty of hiking, biking, breweries and some of the best skiing in the North East just 3 miles away from this adorable home we're sharing as a rental property.

Come and enjoy all that the area has to offer and we're sure you'll agree, "Life is Lived best when you're above the Notch".
