We have owned this condo for 14 years and have just recently decided to share it with the rental community. We will only be renting the unit out for a few weekends and holiday periods during the ski season when we cannot use it. We like it too much to share it more!

The condo unit is two levels on the top floors of the Rising Bear building with plenty of space for a large family or two families vacationing together. It has an open concept floor plan - with dining/living/kitchen on the lower level (in addition to two bedrooms and two bathrooms). Upstairs has its own game room with a foosball table, a multigame old school arcade table (Pac Man, Frogger and hundreds more), stand up Golden Tee arcade game and a smart TV (in addition to two more bedrooms and two more bathrooms). 4BR, 4BA in all, it sleeps 10 people comfortably in beds. Washer/Dryer in unit. High speed WiFi. Four smart TVs. Office area in upper master bedroom with printer/scanner.
