Completely remodeled Studio condo at the Long Trail House at Stratton Mountain, Vermont. The Long Trail House is located across the street from Stratton Village, a short walk to the Base Lodge and steps from dining and shopping. Pick your summer adventure at Stratton, choose from mountain biking, golf, scenic lift rides, hiking, music fesitvals and more! Relax by the pool or enjoy a soak in the hot tub at the end of the day!

Sunrise at Stratton offers everything you need for your adventure at Stratton. With all the comforts of home, enjoy the fully stocked kitchen including oven, full fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Enjoy your coffee at the breakfast bar or have a meal at the table and enjoy the views of Vermont. Relax on the couch or bean bag chairs and watch a movie on the 65 inch TV. For sleeping, there is a king size murphy bed and full size pull out sofa. And when it's time to refresh, step into the professionally designed spa like bathroom showcasing herringbone pattern subway tile, quartz vanity and bidet toilet. Just off the living room is a small private deck with mountain views with dining table for 4. You can't beat this combination of rustic modern furnishings and Stratton Mountain prime location.

In the winter, warm up by the propane fireplace in the condo. In addition, the Long Trail House condo complex offers a hot tub and outdoor heated 4 season pool and ski storage.

For laundry, there is 1 washer and 2 dryers located just down the hall that is shared with the floor.

For common areas, check out the hearth room with comfy chairs and fireplace.

This is a STUDIO Condo.

Pets are NOT allowed per condo complex rules.

Exactly as advertised, beautiful, clean and easily fit a family of four with the pull out couch. The Murphy bed was very comfortable! Wonderful to start the day with a cup of coffee on the balcony watching the sun come up!

Nicely renovated, well equipped condo very conveniently close to the main lodge and all it offers. It is small but for two people it certainly is fine and murphy bed is a clever solution. Well done!

The Perfect Getaway

Spent one night here with family as a spontaneous ski trip, and we had a wonderful experience. Caitlin was quick to provide answers to questions prior to our arrival, and shared local recommendations. The check in process was quick and easy. The place exceeded our expectations - very clean, beautifully designed with some fun luxurious surprises. The hot tub, pool, and sauna were open, and well maintained (short indoor walk to the north building). We hope for another opportunity to stay here.

PERFECT ski weekend spot

While I had forgotten it was a studio format when I booked for a Father-Daughter ski weekend, the setup actually worked better than I could have imagined. It was really lovely to have a functional living space where we could both work when necessary and spend time together, and take out the Murphy bed and sleeper sofa when we needed to sleep. The location can’t be beat, the hosts were very responsive, and the pool/hot tub are a nice bonus.

Wonderful

The place was perfect for our family of four. It is exactly as pictured in the listing. We loved the gas fireplace after a long day of skiing. Everywhere, including the slopes, was a 5-minute walk. We didn't use our car the entire weekend. Caitlin was very responsive to any questions I had.

Took the boys for a quick trip. Unit was a delight, kids felt at home right away. It was perfected fitted with everything and the outdoor hot tubs and pool were an added bonus. Loved how the two building connected via 1st floor, easy access to the spa area. Unit was so sweet with modern amenities. I loved the efficient design and clean lines. We loved how well stocked the kitchen was with dishes and everything else. (Even the knives worked! lol) loved the heated garage. Easy walk to the village walk and to lifts. We would love to stay again! Just Perfect

Great Stratton studio condo across street from Stratton village

Spent a fall weekend in this great studio condo in the heart of Stratton village. Very clean, Murphy bed was very comfortable, easy check in/out, responsive communication and nicely stocked with everything you need for your stay. Very well decorated and thoughtful place to be for any season. Would stay again in winter, so close to lifts! Loved the hot tub, sauna and outdoor fire pits close by. Five stars

Nicely Remodeled Studio Close to the Village & Slopes

The condo has been recently remodeled and is spectacular. No detail was overlooked, down to the heated toilet! The building is conveniently located across the street from the village entrance and just a short walk to the base of the slopes. 2 hot tubs and a heated outdoor pool complete your apres ski experience. Will definitely return here next time we visit Stratton.

Great location - right across the street from Stratton village!

I stayed here with my two kids and it was perfect for what we needed for our weeklong ski trip to Stratton. The updates to this unit are very modern and on trend, and the unit was very clean. We never had any issues using the hall laundry (and we did many load throughout the week). The kitchen is small, but functional and had everything we needed to prepare breaksfasts, lunches and a few simple dinners when we weren't eating out. The location was fantastic - just across the street from the village! The parking garage was also great - since parking at the mountain can be a challenge during these busy weeks. Overall, it was a great stay and we will definitely rent this unit again!

Great rental with convenience to the mountain, shops and other ammenities

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is brand new and very clean. Good for couples or small groups! The Long Trail house was very conveniently located and the pool and common rooms were nice additions to our stay.

I was born and raised in Sunapee, NH, after college, I spent 5 years in San Francisco, CA and returned to Sunapee to have a family. I enjoy being active, swimming, skiing in the winter and water skiing in the summer. I love to travel, I've have spent time in Italy, went to Tanzania on my honeymoon and look forward to traveling more when my kids are a bit older. My husband, Patrick and I own Sunapee Stays which includes The Lodge boutique hotel, vacation homes and a luxury Treehouse in the Lake Sunapee Region of NH and a condo at the Long Trail House at Stratton Mountain, VT.

We love exploring new towns in NH and VT. We visited the Stratton area years ago and enjoyed our time there and look forward to exploring Stratton Mountain and other local mountains in the winter and summer!
