Located GULF FRONT, this beach style decorated 3-story townhome style condo is the perfect vacation place for you and your family. You can literally step off the 1st floor patio deck and onto the sugar white sand! This property is located on the east end of Panama City Beach and is just a short drive to attractions such as St. Andrews State Park, Wonderworks, multiple golf courses and nightlife. Dining is a breeze with options such as Captain Anderson’s, the new Marina Cantina, Boatyard, J Michaels, and Liza’s Kitchen; just to name a few!

Kitchen has been updated in recent years, with new cabinets, tile back splash, serving bar with seating and granite counter tops. All our kitchens are fully stocked with cookware, glassware and dishware for your convenience. The living room offers plenty of seating, flat screen TV and cable. The adjacent dining room seat up to 8 including the bar area. Spacious 3 bedroom unit has a top-floor master suite with beachfront balcony and private bathroom. 2nd floor offers two bedrooms and a jack-and-jill bathroom, with a queen bed in the off-beach bedroom and two full size beds in the beachfront bedroom that also includes a large beachfront balcony. 1st floor provides a queen sofa sleeper and half bath. All beds are freshly made for your stay and linenss, wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels are provided. We also provide the first initial supply of toiletries for your stay. Wireless internet is also available for this property. The complex is family friendly and offers a smaller more controlled area for your family. Shared pool, shuffle boards, Gulf front deck with seating are just a few amenities this complex has to offer. Located on Panama City Beach’s desirable East End off of Thomas Drive! Minimum Rental Age is 23. No-Smoking/No Pets policy.

NOTE: During Summer months this is a Saturday-Saturday rental only.

All guest must be 21 or older and the majority over 23 to stay in this property unless accompanied by an adult couple or management approval.

Our stay at Largo Mar was excellent! The unit was clean, adequately stocked with kitchen items, linens, and even floats for the pool. Loved the balcony views and the close proximity to the beach. We stayed with my 83 year old mother and my 2 year old granddaughter. It couldn’t have been better. We will definitely stay here again!!

We always enjoy our stays with LargoMar! Great unit; but it did have construction going on the unit next door which we weren’t aware of. Understanding they have to do upgrades, but we would have appreciated knowing before.

Great Views and Accommodations

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was exactly what we needed for our family of 10. We’ve stayed at Largo Mar several times over the years as this location is right on the beach, has no elevators and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The pictures and description of the condo were very accurate. The views from both balconies over looking the ocean are spectacular.

The property was beautiful. Loved everything about the unit. It was clean and had plenty of room for the family. Being able to walk right out on beach with no elevators or stairs was amazing. The beach was not crowded. My only complaint was the pillows were flat. Loved out stay and will definitely be back

Beachfront stay in gated community!

My family and I enjoyed our time at Largo Mar 166. we slept 10 comfortably, 6 adults and 4 children. The unit was clean and the kitchen was stocked with every dish we needed. They even supplied a few beginning toiletries around the kitchen and bathrooms. The wifi worked great, and each TV had basic cable which allowed the men to watch sports. The washer and dryer was a nice amenity and there is a dollar general right across the street. Obviously the pro's were the space for everyone to spread out and the view from each of the balconies was great. there is a balcony off of each of the front bedrooms on the second and third floor and the patio off the living room. There is also a balcony off the back bedroom on the second floor that overlooks the back side which includes the pool/jacuzzi and parking lot, and another patio off the kitchen. The biggest thing to be aware of when renting any of these front beach units, are the stairs. this is a three story unit which I did not think would be a big deal until we arrived and I had to keep running up the two flights of stairs every time I needed something from my room, or when it came time to carry the three year old to bed who slept on the third floor with me. None the less, we still enjoyed our stay and I would rent this unit again.

Taking a break and seeing family

Our original plan to visit family vacation in Florida for 2-months from the harsh winters of northern Minnesota & NY was foiled due to a serious episode of the flu. Post recovery and in the midst of spring break we ventured to find a new place to stay. Most everything in the planned area was booked. We searched RVBO and found this location 10 minutes away from all the high-rise facilities. We had with direct beach access immediately off the living room deck. Its precisely at the photo represents. A 3 story, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath, condo fully stocked supporting 8 guests comfortably, stretch to 10 but no more. It is a quiet and tranquil lace which is what we wanted and needed post flu recovery. Three stories, three ample decks for sunning, reading or entertaining. The overall facility offered gated security, a centralized pool area with hot tub and sunning deck with beach access for guest not on the beach. We loved it, clean and fresh with a great ground floor. From an owners perspective I would look to spnd some dollars replacing some of the loose boards on the beach deck and upgrading the master bath tub area. The master bath was clean, good sized and had all the amenities. It was adequate however, in my opinion, it was short of my expectations for the rental cost per day. Future improvements that would draw me back for another stay for sure. Overall, we had a great stay, we visited and entertained family the whole time we were there. In the end, every morning and night it was like home for the two of us. Very peaceful!

Love this place

We loved having the beach right at our back door. It was great being able to let the kids come and go when they liked, and not having to worry about them having to use an elevator. Although it's a little tough on grandma and grandpa's knees. We will definitely be back again. It's not our first time at Largo Mar and I'm sure it won't be our last .

Best ever, Panama City Beach, vacaton experience!

It is so delightful to be able to walk right out of your condo onto the white sandy beach. No more elevators, no more flights of stairs. Everyone in our group loved this place. On top of that, the third floor balcony gave us a commanding view of the beach and provided a great place to get a little protection from the wind. The inner courtyard of the complex reminds me of places I stayed at as a kid, back in the 60's and 70's. I like it. It is lushly landscaped and provides protection from the elements. My only complaints are that the pool should be heated and the oak staircase in our unit needs to be hand scrubbed to remove dirt build up. Other than that, this place is totally delightful. We will be back.
