This spacious three bedroom, three full bath condominium is the perfect place for a large family or even multiple families vacationing together! This unit has two masters making it suitable for two families. Both masters have king beds, with the third bedroom having two queen beds. There is a pull out sleeper sofa as well giving you plenty of space for the whole family. This unit has been freshly renovated with new paint and furniture.

The pool is only 10 steps away from your private patio making it very convenient for watching the little ones as they swim! You can sit inside the condo and watch the kids or enjoy sitting in the shade of the covered patio. No need for a cooler because your full-size refrigerator is only steps away! You can enjoy views of the pool and beach at the same time. Watercrest is the perfect setting for a family vacation, girls trip or a couples getaway. The amenities include a clubhouse, racquetball court, tennis court, pool, hot tub and much more. This condominium is equipped with a full size kitchen, dining room, washer and dryer,televisions, cable TV, DVD player, linens and towels.

A wonderful condo! We enjoyed every second of our stay. Being just a few steps from the pool and the ease of going to the beach and back were wonderful. No waiting on elevators was even more wonderful! The condo had everything we needed and all the room we wanted. Would definitely stay here again!

Beach and Baseball

We traveled for a baseball tournament and wanted to enjoy the beach as well since it was during our kid’s spring break. This condo was perfect and met all our needs. The convenience of the pool and beach so close to our doorstep took out all the hassle of packing up a load to carry to and from. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

The really good: The property is very tastefully decorated, and lots of nice touches you don’t see in a rental. Bathrooms and kitchen are high end. Our group loved the ground floor, and walking right out to the pool and beach. Security is great. It’s not loud. They do provide box fans in every room. And I read comments about pans, they must have gotten new ones, they were good. What we wished was different: The bedding could use a major refresh. Not enough blankets, and sheets are not great to sleep on. We took them off to wash at the end, and mattress pads were stained and needed a wash. Would definitely upgrade bedding and have more blankets. No dressers in either master, so it was hard to unpack without having all the stuff out. Condo was clean, but lots of things we expected to be cleaned weren’t. Under rim of the toilets were black, corners had crumbs, etc. it was clear they did the stuff you see, and not much else. Need some serving bowls. We cooked a lot every night, and nothing to put pasta in, or salad. That said, the rest of the dishwater was great. We brought paper because we didn’t know what to expect, but it was well stocked. Overall, we would definitely come back. It’s a great place, and we had a wonderful time. Thanks!

Great vacation!

My youngest daughter's first time to PCB. We took entire family with us. This place was perfect. So convenient for everything, beach,pool, shopping, and everything in-between. Already booking next stay here.

Great experience

Very much enjoyed our time at this property. It was a perfect size and found the amenities to be good. I appreciated the attention to maintenance of the property and security presence. It was easy to access and find. We were close to many restaurants and shops. I would recommend this for rental. We especially enjoyed being on the first floor because it gave us direct access to the pool and beach.

Great week!

Excellent location. Condo was nice and had all you needed for your stay. Walk off the patio to the pool and down the steps to the beach. We stayed during off season so the tiki bar was not open. If you do not like interacting with other guest this may not be your spot. The patio is directly by the pool so the other guest are walking by all day.

Loved being snowbirds with a gorgeous view

I retired in the last year and decided to take my 77 yr old father and go be snowbirds to miss the Illinois weather. Loved having two masters with terrific views of the ocean & beach. Unit was first floor right off the pool and just steps to the beach and hot tub. We had friends and family pop in and out for visits so third bedroom & bathroom were great.The owner was great and very prompt in answering any questions.we found all of folks at the property very friendly and welcoming. The condo was perfect! We are thinking about coming back next year.

Great Getaway!

We stayed for 4 nights. We absolutely loved being on the 1st floor. Our kids (17, 15, 12) easily came in / out and even though they are a bit older, we loved being able to keep tabs on them right from the unit. The unit was comfortable. We felt the seating in the living room was a bit lacking. There were six of us, but only five places to sit between the couch and the two chairs. The reason for four stars versus five is when we went to cook the first night (Spaghetti), the pots and pans had all seen a better day. The nonstick coating was peeling so bad we weren't comfortable using those. Typically, we like to cook our meals during our stay and go out for one "nice "dinner but since the items in the kitchen were so questionable, we ended up going out to dinner our remaining nights. I missed having a muffin pan and proper wine glasses too. The beds were comfortable! We also really liked having the step-in shower with the grab bars for my elderly mother who traveled with us. Another reason why we were so happy to have a first floor unit!

Excellent Property

The location was amazing being right next to the pool and on the ground floor! This was great for our family with having small children and teenagers. It was easy to keep an eye on everyone. The condo was very clean and spacious. The owners were very friendly and responded to questions promptly!

Awesome vacation!

Third time staying at Watercrest Condos & first stay on ground floor & pool side. Access to pool was within 10 ft. so convenient when you have young grandchildren wanting to swim throughout the day & gated patio to make it safer for little ones. Expected possible noise with the condo being so close to the pool, but not a problem at all. Condo had everything we needed. Owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Family vacation

We enjoyed this location so much! The condo was perfect for us! So much fun having the pool and beach right outside the condo. We actually felt like we were on a cruise ship with the view outside our condo!! Our grandchildren enjoyed every minute of the pool and beach! We enjoyed cooking our breakfast and lunch inside The condo and enjoyed ordering our dinners and picking them up and eating inside the condo!! So relaxing!! All the beds were comfy! Everything you need to enjoy your vacation! The owners were easy to contact when needed!

Perfect bottom floor paradise!

The condo was ready when we arrived. We had plenty of room. Being on the ground floor right beside the pool was amazing for night swims with kiddos.

Loved everything❤️ Grandkids ages 1, 6 and 10 could go from beach to pool all day long. The 6 and 10 year old made new friends daily. Will definitely book again👍
