All on One Level | Big Sofa, Clean & Quiet Stay

Our newly renovated home is located with quick access to the highway. This home is a great location for those wanting to stay just outside of the city. Minutes away from restaurants, parks, grocery stores, and coffee shops. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a large sectional couch that offers a place for a seventh person to sleep.

The perfect place to relax after a full day of activities. It is a ranch style home with no stairs to climb. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities for you to make your favorite meals or enjoy that first cup of coffee in the morning.

Cleanliness has always been at the forefront of our minds. Our newly renovated home, with all new furnishings will put you right at ease, along with our thorough cleaning of the property between guests.

Guests have full access to the house including the garage.

We are always available for a text or a phone call during your stay! We love the Nashville area and would love to help you have the best possible experience.

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood that is family friendly. 20 min to historic downtown Franklin and 35 - 40 min to downtown Nashville.

A $300 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 7. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.

Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.

Fine kitchen for cooking dinner for a few. House came toddler friendly (after moving a couple items off of lower tables) which was huge for us. Pack N Play provided. Easy to get to. Master bathroom very comfortable with extra large tub.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect size to accommodate myself, my wife and our daughter and her family. The new interstate exit was close enough for convenience but far enough away to not be a noise nuisance. Living room area was comfortable and the kitchen and dining room were spacious enough for our needs. Anything that we needed for our stay was conveniently located nearby. The home was nicely furnished and was certainly more comfortable than a hotel would have been.

Nice Home in Good Neighborhood

We stayed while visiting family in the area. The house was as described, clean and plenty of room. Felt safe in the neighborhood, good sidewalks for walking, close to a lot of restaurants, shops, etc. Gretchen was very responsive with any questions we had. Would recommend this property if you are in the area.

Awesome 3 Bedroom

This is our first place that we could find enough to sleep five adults comfortably. The whole process was very enjoyable. Plenty of space to relax much better than two and actually a better price.

Clean, cozy, convenient

Very pleased we selected this property for our stay. We were visiting friends who live close by for the holidays and wanted something close to them but also close enough to Nashville to go tour. The property was very clean and had all amenities as advertised. Neighborhood was quiet and communication with manager was seamless. Highly recommend and would likely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Beautiful Home Close to Everything!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. Very clean and even had fragrance free laundry detergent, which is a plus with my allergies. The air in the home was fresh. Communication was great, and she even provided dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We had a lovely family vacation and enjoyed history in Franklin and in Nashville, as well as the Natchez Trace. If we’re in the area again, I would most definitely stay here!

Special place for family get-away weekend

This is our second time staying at this property and must say that it again met and exceeded our expectations! Clean, bright, and all the comforts of home. Excellent communication and easy check-in/check-out process. Plenty of space for cooking, eating, board games and movie binges. ALLERGY ALERT: feather sectional sofa! Fireplace is for decoration only.

Perfect spot to stay for a wedding in the Nashville area

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Thompson’s Corner. The house is just as described. Cozy and clean. It ended up being quite central for the various activities of our weekend. Visiting friends in Franklin. Wine tasting in Arrington. Exploring Leiper’s Fork. Checking out the Nashville strip. And attending the wedding that brought us to Nashville in the first place. People seem to love Nashville. We definitely got a taste of why. And the Sutherland Retreat was a great home base from which to discover that!

Quiet, Well-Appointed & Updated in Thompson Station

This well-appointed property was clean, updated and filled with bright sunshine streaming through the opened blinds upon arrival. An assortment of Kuerig cups were available for coffee lovers, super plush sofa, bedding, towels and pillows only sweets the allure. Property is located on the corner of a subdivision entrance but offered a quiet oasis from the passerbys. Host communicated effectively and property was as promised. It's only 38 minutes from BNA, 30 from Vandy Hospital District, 18 from Franklin and 10 from Spring Hill. Beautiful countryside to drive through. You won't be disappointed in this property!

Well-priced stay in a decent neighborhood

This VRBO experience was great! Check-in was easy, the place was well-taken-care-of, and it was not too far off a main road to get us around the area. It’s about 1 mile too far south for someone commuting rush hour during their stay. I’d recommend staying north of 840. The neighborhood has nice homes, some in better condition than others and in varying states of yard maintenance. This one is right at the front, so you never have to worry about seeing other people’s yards. This is a safe area. The property is close to local eating places - less than five minutes by car. I would stay here again if I were looking for something simple and relatively inexpensive.

Perfect family stay

Great visit

We stayed at Sutherland retreat for a week while visiting my niece. It was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was equipped with everything you need. Would stay again.

Perfect simple home for our stay

This was a great house for our needs! Nice open living area with plenty of seating. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again. We had one person sleep on the couch and it was very comfortable for them.
